Review 1：The staff and food were unbelievable bent over backwards to help us in every way. Their restaurant was probably the best Italian food we have ever eaten in Italy and we have visited Italy 6 times now. Will be going back in the summer.

Review 7：Standard rooms on the first floor above the lobby had problems with exterior light: either from the street and parking shined in (Room 102), or the window and terrace faced a planted hedge right at the edge of the terrace separating the hotel building from its parking lot (Room 108) removed the view. Silverware in dining room has almost round handles, and at breakfast it was so small (dessert size) I asked the waiter for dinner size tableware, which was brought, and was easier to hold. The single elevator isn't enough for this hotel during busy times of the day. Off season, the unheated swimming pool is closed.

Review 8：Beautiful lakeside setting. Spotless hotel overall.Good dinner if a bit oversalted. Generous and excellent buffet breakfast, open for three hours in the morning. Excellent service in the restaurant. Beautiful tilework in the bathrooms (even the seams between tiles lined up between walls and floor). Fine, fluffy towels and crisp linens. Free parking, strong WiFi on internet.

We had a problem with getting a taxi to take us to the station and in the end had to hike to the station where we fortunately just caught our train. We had made it clear that we had a train to catch! Now very much a hotel for German and British tourists

Review 25：The hotel is in a good position just on the edge of town and there is a lovely view from the terrace where breakfast and dinner can be eaten. The breakfasts are excellent and almost all of the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant.

Indeed, a small hotel parking But parking is available adjacent sectors where the hours of payment are 9: 00- 20:00 So who runs the tours or stays at the recreation will find itself paying at all. Beyond When we asked the front desk about the parking, they also sent us to another parking just above the hotel which is also free. In short, the hotel is highly recommended and worth mentioning every penny

Review 27：Very nice hotel, with an excellent restaurant for dinners and with a very good breakfast buffet. Our room was modern, clean and had a great view of Lake Garda. Seemed to have a lively lounge/bar area during the time we were there. We did not use the pool area but it too looked very nice. 10-12 walk to center of town and ferry connections.

Due to the stay being for our honeymoon, they gave us a free upgrade to a suite for one night, which was amazing, complete with a Jacuzzi bath. Definitely, a must for a special occasion. Review 53：our room was over the garage entrance/service ramp with a public car park immediately adjacent as well and we encountered noise of people coming and going and hanging around talking loudly, sometimes after 2400hrs and as early as 0600hrs. Loved the hotel and staff, just would have liked a room on the other side as our sleep was disturbed a number of times. The hotel needs to consider how they can discourage the noise or improve sound proofing as they have an excellent setup but if your sleep is disturbed it is off putting.

Review 54：hotel, staff, breakfast, bed was huge and extremely comfortable, free bike hire. Good proximity to restaurants, ferry and train station. Had 1 cloudy day forecast so we took the train to Verona (only 30 mins) and had a great day. Trains were very 2 hours so check times beforehand. Hotel staff always happy to help so should have checked with them first. Two internet PCs next to reception also useful.

I needed to leave very early in the morning so asked if I could do the check out the night before.Staff said of course then asked if I needed directions to the airport and provided me with a map, also as I was leaving before breakfast the night porter prepared an excellent cold breakfast to take with me.Lovely spacious luxurious room.

We've tried a la carte for lunch once and it was equally tasteless and mediocre. When Italy has so much to offer when it comes to wonderful products around which we saw in markets, why can't a professional Italian kitchen cook a decent and tasteful dishes at a hotel like Villa Rosa?! I wonder if the hotel management tastes what the kitchen is really serving for guests. Good looking dishes don't mean good and tasty food. I don't unfortunately recommend other guests to dine at the hotel, sorry.
