Review 1：Nothing.

Review 2：We stayed one night on our way to Lake Como. Our room overlook Lake Garda and the hotel was a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful - great place for an overnight stay.

Review 3：Unfortunately the weather was poor and this probably influenced feelings rather more than the hotel. Some road noise at the front of the hotel.

Review 19：The friendliness and assistance of the staff, the breakfast choices, the very satisfying, reasonably priced dinners at the hotel restaurant, the location, the view of the lake which is directly across the relatively quiet street, the large cotton shower towels provided, the closeness of the ferries to visit the towns that are along the shores of Lake Garda. Perfect and ideal for me and I would definitely return.

Review 23：the rooms are a bit old fashioned and overused. The breakfast has more choices in sweets/dessert than in bread. You have two types of bread but 7 types of dessert for breakfast. Parking area is really small, even out of season we couldnt get a spot.

Review 42：Comfortable stay. Thank you. We were on route to Garda so only stayed one night. We loved the area. The breakfast was good and the coffee delicious.

Review 43：The room at back of the hotel which though quiet looked out on to a light well When we arrived by train there was no taxi waiting so we decided to walk the ten minutes mentioned on the booking.com web site. On a hot day and with luggage it took us more than twice that time and it was not easy to find the hotel. If you are not sprightly, wait for a taxi!

So had to sleep with the French doors shut or not sleep at all. Hotel specified that train station was ten minute walk it is not it is twenty at least up hill.

The free small beaches nearby so this hotel has access to swim within 20 meters from front door (across the busy street). Desenzano center is couple of blocks away with plenty of restaurants (I recommend Al Ceppo next door or Trattoria Alessi by the hotel of the same name further away). Wi-Fi was used successfully in the room. Breakfast is plentiful for an Italian hotel breakfast and very friendly service.

Review 99：Parking spaces quite limited and you need to intercom the hotel from theentrance gate whenever you want to enter or exit the parking area behindthe hotel.

Only one key supplied, key was to be used to activate power, air con could not be used with window and shutters unlocked or open, the handing in of key to reception every time you went out, which also caused the power to be turned off, which in turned off the charging of electronic equipment.
