Reviews for Residence Petit Tibet

Review 1:Clean, no fuss accommodation. Last minute booking turned out to be a real find. Great friendly staff. You can ski in ski out but we preferred to walk down the hill every morning just to blow the cobwebs off and loosen up,a bus was available for the way back.

Review 2:If you want to go to a good restaurant, you need to head to the central of the Breuil Cervinia. (It takes 30 minutes with foot. There is a shuttle bus which you will pay about 1 euro for.)

Review 3:Stuff is very helpful. Market and rental shop are near the apartment and the people is also very kind.

Review 4:Very very basic accommodation furniture and decor. Like stuck in 1970' ... Had to pay extra for the use of towels, also extra payment for checking in late in the evening... (Not receipted...). Very basic kitchen facilities with cutlery stored in the bedside cabinets due to limited kitchen storage area. Not generous with toilet paper.

Review 5:Nice view of the mountains through the windows; good location with easy access to the slopes- could literally ski away from the residence; close to rhe town centre 15mins walk though not for the faint hearted as uphill back from the town !

Review 6:Having to pay €15 extra for a week´s wifi and paying €1.10 each way on the ski bus as usually this is covered by your ski pass.

Review 7:Being able to ski down into town in the morning (although there is a short walk involved once in town). Being able to ski back to the apartment - only for able skiiers

Review 8:Minor things like lack of microwave, toaster or electric kettle. The payed Wi-Fi can be used only by one person at time.

Review 9:The support from staff. The cleanness and room quality.

Review 10:despite talking to the staff of the residence about late arrival for few times and calling from the airport reminding them about the time i was due to arrive i had to wait outside the reception for 55 minutes at midnight and -5 degrees cold. And the leaking shower cab and dirty floor rag with somebody's hair and rubbish under the sink in the bathroom was the most appalling thing.

Review 11:Relatively good location-almost ski in-ski out. Ugly exterior to building but good value for money as the apartement rates are low. Very helpful staff.

Review 12:ski in ski out should be used loosely even if you can ski down a red you then have to take skis off to walk to the nearest lift - 400metres inc stairs staff didn't tell us about the bus/taxis which are essential given the location of Petit Tibet. It's at least a 30 minute walk into town. No atmosphere in apartment block lights turned off in corridors almost immediately after turning on wifi £15 per user per week and slow generally tatty - cupboards broken, very dated, no kettle, no toaster, a VERY basic kitchenette everything was outdated - quilts must have come from the 1960s dark blue felt walls in corridor sum up general décor very ugly & tired from the outside first impressions make your heart sink then once you've seen the rooms they sink even further smells of smoke in corridor do not go there with young children

Review 13:great views from balcony (if you get one)

Review 14:It is above the main road so a lot of clean air. Very nice view to Cervinia/Matterhorn Reception is pleasant

Review 15:Very dark, gloomy and 60s decor.Long way from town centre up steep hill.Very basic.

Review 16:Beautiful flowers outside. Friendly staff.

Review 17:Location, helpful staff

Review 18:Nothing

Review 19:Location next to piste

Review 20:Staff was so helpful that picked up a box in Aosta for us. Was one of the few places in Europe where snow was available

Review 21:If you have no bed linen and towels you have to pay 30 euros. Nohairdryer. The building was quite old, the same for interior decorationand fornitures.

Review 22:The location was pretty good, if you are lucky, and at the right side, you can have an amazing view on the valley and Cervino mountain. If youare quite good at skiing it was also easy to acces the ski-tracks,crossing a out-of-trackpart.

Review 23:The walls and doors are thin as paper and there was a large Czech group next door who were very loud and noisy even after 10 PM.

Review 24:fair value for money, stunning view of the mountains and the Monte Cervino.

Review 25:A bit too far from the main town, a long uphill walk back but only a short drive. You can ski from the door but need a 5-10 minute walk up hill to connect with the main ski system

Review 26:Ski in and out. Rooms were ok, what you'd expect for the money. Great value, brilliant staff. They went out of their way to stay open late when we were delayed.

Review 27:20min walk into Cervinia. Last bus is 8:30pm. Not really ski in ski out. The one route is poorly maintained and quite technical. Basically it's a narrow steep (red) icy road... Even after fresh snow.

Review 28:Good value for money (basic but cheap). And if you're whole group is staying here then it might be ok. Staff were really good.

Review 29:Charges for wifi service so I chose not to use it, rooms somewhat old in style but functional

Review 30:Good value, view of Matterhorn/Cervino, friendly staff, good for families, some shops and restaurants nearby, bus stop outside if you don't have a car.

Review 31:So, it is low budget accomodation, you shouldn't expect any luxury, room service or sth. But if you need only good place for sleeping andskiing with limited budget. It is a right place.

Review 32:Definitely, view from a window and balcony, on Matterhorn and Cervinia.I'd love to have that view every morning :). SkiIn and skiOut. Veryfriendly and helpful staff. Interesting design but, need majorrefurbishment. Free car parking. Value for money.

Review 33:Staff were the absolutely wonderful!

Review 34:way to the lift is uphill, back is either via wild slope, not very easy, or uphill again

Review 35:extremely helpful personnel

Review 36:bit difficult access to the skiing area

Review 37:large rooms, helpful dedicated staff

Review 38:It was quite strange that u have to pay extra for bedding and towels

Review 39:View on Matterhorn mountain was fantastic!

Review 40:Kitchen equipment etc.

Review 41:Matterhorn view and good value.

Review 42:furnitures and shower are old. Kitchen is small and a litle short with cooking equipment

Review 43:FAIR value for money!
