Review 1：Staff were not welcoming or friendly, they had Amex advertised everywhere then wanted to charge me an extra 2% if I paid by Amex

Review 3：Tweed Head struck me as a rough and tumble type of place and would not have stayed there if I had known. Hotel was basically fine but I think it is the first place I have ever stayed that the lamps on the end tables were screwed into the tables so they could not be taken and/or thrown at someone.
Review 4：I think a little more attention to detail in cleaning. Air conditioner was very noisy had to off was quite warm.

Review 12：I wasn't happy that the restaurant wasn't open on the Monday night that I stayed, even less happy that it wasn't open the following morning for breakfast either. The bed was lacking support, when you sat on it, the springs in the mattress compressed right down to the base. But it was ok to sleep on, I've slept in worse.
