Hotel Europa sells fast on our site. Set in the town of Breuil-Cervinia, the Europa Hotel is in one of the most popular ski resorts of the Alps and Aosta Valley. You have discounts at a local ski school and plenty of ski lifts to various slopes. The Breuil - Plan Maison cable car is 2,650 feet away.
Most rooms enjoy views of Mount Cervino and the Grandes Murailles mountain range. They all come with a satellite TV, minibar and either parquet or carpeted floors, and some of them have a balcony. WiFi is free.
A buffet breakfast is served each morning and the restaurant specialises in dishes from the Aosta Valley.
You have free access to the hotel’s swimming pool. The hotel also features a small fitness centre and wellness facilities including a Turkish bath, hot tub and a massage room.

Review 1：Unhelpful/unfriendly staff, poorly trained. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly, bathroom floor was not cleaned, as an empty toilet roll and hair was on the floor all week, bath plug hole was blocked from day one, even after we complained to reception staff, we had to ask for clean towels too. Breakfast was very limited and found a number of hairs in the food/bowls. Only eight coat hangers in the wardrobe/ room for two people, no iron available, only fizzy drinks available in the fridge, could hear furniture and footsteps from room above. In the ski locker room, the boot heaters did not work properly, boots were always cold. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this hotel.

Review 4：You could hear the noises from the hallway and next rooms. The room lock wasnt safe we had to triple check it everytime we left the room even they where new and our room door was open after the cleaning lady.

Review 5：It was very close to the ski lifts, perfect location. The view from our room was nice. Staff was very friendly. The lobby was modern, spacious. It had a big flatTV and beautifull modern fireplace. Really cool.

Review 12：Specifically requested a single double bed as opposed to two single beds pushed together. When we arrived we were told that this was not possible. Living on a boat and sharing a very small bunk a nice big comfortable bed is one of the big things we look for and paid extra to treat ourselves and stay in a "nice" hotel. When we arrived there was a half drank bottle of water in the mini fridge, a stain on the duvet cover and not a single coat hanger in the closet. When coat hangers were provided they were covered with dust and grime. The soundproofing in the building is terrible and the fact that the doors open with a primative buzzing system from the 70s means you can hear every occupant of your floor coming and going at any time of day or night. Combine this with the abysmal WiFi and sub par breakfast the experience at this hotel was definitely not "four star". Having paid €225 euro a night for this room our expectations were higher especially having stayed in a two star hotel in the same town for less than half the price that was twice the hotel that this one was. When our concerns were mentioned to the staff they could do nothing but offer us two cheap bottles of wine which doesn't really take away the ripped off feeling of paying nearly €500 euro for two nights in a very mediocre hotel.

Review 15：Staff were so polite and helpful all the time. The room for 3 was in fact two adjoining rooms with two en-suite, amazing. Looked like everywhere had been recently refurbished, to a high standard. Breakfast was great every day.

Review 16：Never can get connected to wifi in room. Wifi in lobby was very very weak. Water in bath was not hot and not sufficient in volume. No ski lockers for guests. No racks in ski room to keep skis/snowboards and boots in order. Door of ski room was open all day long. Hence, it was not safe to keep my ski equipment therein.

Review 17：It's location is very good. It took us only a couple of minutes to walk to the nearest ski chairlift. The staff members are friendly and welcoming.

Review 18：No hot water in room for first night. Two requests before it was fixed. Even then the water was lukewarm not hot and had very low pressure. No adjustment possible to the radiators, very hot and had to open windows for ventilation. Had to ask twice before blown light bulb was replaced. No minibar even though it was included in the reservation. Broadband failed for 24 hours and was very poor at other times. General ambience of the hotel was very poor. Apart from the main lobby the decoration and infrastructure in the rest of the hotel was very old and poor quality. The spa area was antique, lacked comfort and atmosphere. Odd shaped pool did not allow for comfortable swimming. Bathrobe not available in spa area - only when requested at the front desk.

Review 19：Good attitude of front desk staff. Convenient parking. Nice fresh pastries for breakfast. Compensation (discount) given for some of the faults mentioned.

Review 20：Bathrooms dated - no proper shower, lukewarm hot water. No plug sockets in the bedroom other than the one used for the TV - bring a multi-plug adapter!

Review 24：Despite the advertising that said that the hotel did undergo renovations, our room, like most of our friends room, were still old, clumsy and uninviting. In addition, the one thing you'd expect from the hotel coming back from a day of snowboarding is a pleasant spa with hot-tub. The spa is stuffy, archaic, the pool is claustrophobic and the jacuzzi did not function at all for the entire duration of our stay (despite efforts of the staff to get someone to fix it). Big dissapointment

Review 35：Wifi login was cumbersome and slow. They didn't tell us there was a pool and a jacuzzi in the basement otherwise we would use it everyday. Breakfast stops at 9:30 which is ok in high season when people go skiing, but during summer there's more time to sleep so it should be extended to 10 or even 1030.

Review 36：The room was clean and tidy. the bathroom was very clean but it had no shower, just a big bathtub. While the furniture is pretty old (straight from the '80s) there was a nice and big tv. The dining room of the hotel is amazing, overlooking the city. The staff is helpful and cheerful. The menu changes everyday and is a lot cheaper than the restaurants in the city.

Review 37：Parking was limited, the furnishings seemed warn, and beds were not the most comfortable. Originally booked a triple, but the third "bed" was a convertible sofa that could only fit a child or short adult--had to purchase 2nd room.

Staff initially told us that we can check out later, after 6 PM, because the roads were blocked by Giro D'Italia race anyway, and the second day they asked us to check out immediately at 11 AM otherwise they will charge us another night. The room we got at arrival did not meet our booking specifications, but the staff was after some discussion very helpful and arranged us a new room after the first night. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff, which also let us use the showers in the spa before opening hours at the day of departure.

Review 49：Paper cups for tea / coffee. Even those not replaced next day. Finished Toiletries not replaced next day. No place to hang wet towels. In Lounge bar you can't order anything to eat except crisps. Not even cake to go with tea.
