Review 1：Beautiful house and garden. The host, Bruno, took good care of us. Everything served for breakfast was home made. Very clean and spacious rooms. Gonna visit again for sure!

Review 3：This is an amazing place. Bruno is a great host, always helpful. During our stay the parking of the hotel was not reachable due to local festivities and he did everything to resolve the inconvenience. Breakfast is delightful. Our room was clean, modern, comfortable, large and just wonderful. The house has a nice garden with pool.
Review 4：Our gracious and resourceful host, Bruno, would smilingly protest the perfection label but I insist and mean it : awesome welcome and assistance, delicious and plentiful breakfast (on the patio ? here you go !), pristine cleanliness and what about that spacious and modern bathroom ? Had planned on overnights in Chiusi and day-tripping in Sarteano but so, so glad to have done the reverse !! And for those like me travelling by public means : do yourself a favor and, for just a short local bus ride from Chiusi train station, enjoy that piece of heaven in Sarteano, a charming and easygoing town with plenty of services ! At the end of a day of exploration, to relax while swimming in the midst of well-tended grounds and old stonewalls with views of a venerable castle, THAT’s what I call vacations !! THANK YOU Bruno and alla prossima !

Review 6：peace and quiet right in the centre of town, beautiful clean modern room with excellent shower room and WiFi in the bedroom. I had a lovely view across the well manicured garden into the main town square. The pool was peaceful and the loungers very comfortable. The breakfast consisted of homemade bread, cakes and chutney accompanied by a delicious choice of meats and cheese and there was plenty of fresh fruit on offer too. Bruno the host was enormously helpful advising bus/train times, the best restaurants and other towns to visit.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, bed very comfortable with quiet nights, even though the hotel is right in the middle of town. Shower and bathroom facilities excellent. The hotel gardens are beautiful and relaxing. Felt welcome and safe as a lone female traveller. Would highly recommend Ai Lecci, great value for money.

Review 22：A very warm welcome from Bruno and he was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, taxi booking etc. we had a room with a terrace with lovely views across to the old town. A thoroughly enjoyable stay while attending a wedding in the area.
Review 23：I was a last minute check in so this might have been the issue, the duvet was not as fresh as it could have been but the rest of the bedding was clean and fresh, was just thinking there could have been a little extra like toast and cereal, I am a diabetic so would not eat the sweet stuff on offer which only left some meat.
