Review 1：The owners are very welcoming and the facilities are excellent This was my second stay and there had been some renovations completed which was a lovely surprise as was the fact that on this night I had the entire apartment to myself!

Review 5：Clean room, good toilet (allthough outside the room, it was private). The man who gave us key was really nice. Coffee machine and kitchen were free to use during stay.

Review 7：This is a lovely B&B located in an apartment. Quite a spacious room(it is actually like your room at home and you have a feeling of staying at home). The bathroom is outside the room, but it is yours and again it is like at home (where the bathroom is not in the room, but outside). You have the keys to all entrance doors and feel free to come and go whenever you like. The extremely hospitable owner - Stefano - brings freshly baked delicious things for breakfast (oh, the smell of them in the morning!). And this is, actually, the only time when you notice his presence. He will never bother you with his presence, but will give you good advice as to the restaurants (with a card giving a discount for a meal), or anything you need. You actually feel an owner of a nice, well-kept apartment. From the window you can see the dome of the cathedral which is a symbol of Novara. The center is just a five-minute walk. I greatly enjoyed by stay there. And the price is surprising (especially, if you look at other hotels or b&b's which will not offer you the same atmosphere, comfort, hospitality).

Review 8：Shower is waaaaaaay too small! No one there to greet us initially. Had to have the taxi driver speak to the person who answered the door because he didn't speak English.
