Reviews for Dimore al Borgo
Review 1:Extremely noisy. Room on the last floor very hot in July. Basic things were missing in the kitchen (spoons for ex.). 4 chairs in the kitchen while the property is for 6 (we were 5), and a small table.
Review 2:The surrounding is nice (inside the old "borgo").
Review 3:Not particularly friendly manger. pull out sofa was uneven hard to open. very narrow staircase, hard to carry luggage up and down. no wi fi. nothing to see or do in this town.
Review 4:view from porch is beautiful
Review 5:The property was impossible to find, there is no parking close by, it's all on foot and the village is in the middle of nowhere ! The toilets have no seats, the stairs are way too steep for young children and it says it sleeps 6 people, but the table on caters for 4 people. There are no restaurants in walking distance, it's all driving and definitely no sea views !! I feel a little ripped off to say the least...
Review 6:It was a house in a very quaint Italian village, up in the mountain and the local people are very friendly and welcoming.
Review 7:In case of more then 3 guests children must stay in the living room/kitchen and sleep in the davenport. There is no second bedroom.
Review 8:The village is very characteristic and far from noices. There is a nice terrace with beautiful view, ideal in the morning at breakfast. The bedroom is very confortable.
Review 9:vaulted bedroom
Review 10:Internet didn't work
Review 11:It was hard to find, even with directions.
Review 12:Charming location (if a bit hard to find), well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Review 13:Not a dislike for us, but it would not be suitable for people with impaired mobility. Parking is a bit hard to find and we had to park a couple of blocks uphill from the apartment. You do need a car to really explore the area. No restaurants right in Manorola but plenty in nearby formia.
Review 14:Comfortable apartment in a small charming medieval town with a balcony with a great view of the water in the distance and of the town piazza. Not fancy but very pleasant, huge bedroom. There are a lot of places to explore and interesting hill towns as well as beaches.
Review 15:- nice welcome of the maneger - quick reaction of the meneger if we had any questions (etc. house, sightseeing, local ivents,..) or needed help - very nice environment of the town Maranola and kind people - althought our main purpose was climb at the Sperlonga climbing sites , which are aprox. 30 minutes drive from Maranola, we didn't see these as an hindrance for stayig there, since the place (the casa Tita and old town of Maranola) is really nice to stay ... it is worth it - no internet (great)
