Review 1：Wifi connection not optimal. No shower curtain. Ok breakfast but nothing fancy. Rooms not sound proof so possibly not great for light sleepers.
Review 2：Great location! Close to Cretaz slope, not far from plan maison gondola. Breakfast time was flexible (7:30 instead of 8:00)
Review 3：I wish the breakfast always had fresh pastries, sometimes the pastries were gone on the busy Saturday and Sunday mornings. But overall, the breakfast was ok, because they had yogurt and granola.
Review 4：The shower was nice and hot and the pressure was great. The hotel is very close to many restaurant and bar choices. Also the hotel is very close to the ski lift. I loved how accommodating they were about having a dog. We were asked directly several times how the room was, if we were having fun, and how our dog liked the room! I liked the locked ski room downstairs and loved the comfortable seating area. In the evening our group got together and shared a few drinks in the comfort of our hotel. We would return to stay at the hotel again.
Review 5：The rooms needed a refresh; there was a strange smell in the rooms; The breakfast was appauling - one tiny bread roll per person, by the time we arrived (08.20), there was no cheese left. No hot items, not the way to prepare for a day's skiing

Review 14：1. Terrible atmosphere in the lounge area 2. Service ethic poor 3. We booked 2 rooms one superior double and one standard at a different price. The rooms were next door to each other, in fact a mirror image, we were told that one was std and one superior. I gave up in the end, it just was not worth it!

Review 16：The bathroom was very stripped, no place to store your toilet kits. Since you here for skiing you would need more hangers for ski clothes in the room. Only italian languages tv chanals. Definitely need at least english news.

Review 18：The walls of my first floor room were covered with a carpet-like material. It smelled of mold, and in the corners of the walls was green mold. I requested different room, but they were booked, so I slept with the window open. I really just needed a place to sleep when not on the slope, but there was a lot of mold in this room.

Review 22：The hotel appears to have read the comments here and on other sites and addressed the issues they can such the showers and pillows are what you expect in a three-star hotel. The breakfast was inconsistent - some days there was more food than others but they did tend to replenish it often. The walls are a bit thin but if all the guests are considerate, this should not be a problem. The gentleman can be a bit curmudgeonly. I called about something prior to our visit and I don't speak Italian or French all that well so he hung up on me. My husband was shoveling out our car in the back parking lot and he came out yelling at him. So my rating for staff, reflects him.
Review 23：Cervinia is an adorable little town that is pretty quiet, which we liked. There were nice bars and restaurants for apres-ski. The hotel's location was excellent for the ski slopes - a very short walk which was perfect. The decor was very comfortable and staff was mostly nice - never mean but sometimes a bit perfunctory. There was a rowdy group of travelers in the hotel and the staff took care of the problem well, even to my American standards. The rooms are not huge (but not the smallest we have encountered in ski towns) but there is a comfortable living room area that is a great place to gather for games or to watch a movie. For the price and location, the facilities were what you would expect

Review 25：Miriam the owner, did her best to help providing very good service -important reccomendations and help in booking some atttractions as wellas being flexible with our travel and accomodation needs.The hotel isquiet and in a very good location with parking.
Review 26：When I checked in the guy at the counter hardly said anything to me. I didn't realize it at the time that he should have given me an access code to get in after hours. We ended up getting locked out of the hotel in the middle of the night. We tried calling the hotel with no luck. We eventually knocked on a couple of the exterior doors on the fire escape and got other guests to let us into the hotel. When it was time to check out I tried to explain to them that I was locked out and someone should of told me the access code but they didn't understand what I was saying. They also lost another guests passport for a couple of hours.
Review 27：The location is great, and it is reasonably priced. It is worth the money but there are some things that it lacks, like staff that is helpful.

Review 30：The old guy was terribly rude. Shouting at his wife, waving his hands in your face. There was no need for this kind of behaviour. Had we not pre-booked (with no cancellation option) we would have moved elsewhere on the first day of arrival. Would not recommend to stay here!!
