Review 1：Close by the Airport. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Facilities e.g. Swimming pool area very large and plenty of sun-loungers. Good selection of eating places. British sports bar with ample viewing of various sports.

Review 15：I can't believe in the year 2016 any hotel would charge $57 for Internet! That's over half the amount of the room as listed on Booking.com. And then it only worked on one device, even though reception said it would work on two. Also the toilet took multiple tries to flush and there was no hot water in the bathtub. There was in the shower but who wants to take a nice long cold soak in the bathtub?! Additionally, if you are in room 241, do not expect an early night as the live band practically performs in your room. Finally many of the channels promised on the TV were out of service.

Review 34：Management was appalling. I was staying there with my 17 month old baby and was very ill from the moment I got there. I suffered three asthma attacks and was unable to get out of bed. When I requested that they serve breakfast to the room as I was too ill to leave the room they said no as we had already paid for breakfast for the whole week. I rang booking.com to cancel the booking and the hotel management said we had to pay one night forfeit. The least they could have done was waive this as I had paid for seven days of breakfast and not had it once.

Even its ON but it doesnt make the whole room cold, only in the other side the air goes and not for the whole room be cold. Outside hotel is much colder. I asked maintenance to fix it but it nothing happend, whole night the room is not cold and I wasn't able to sleep well bcoz its uncomfortable to sleep with hot temperature. The hotel should not sell that room for guest are paying accordingly but the stay is not comfortable. Even the light in the washroom is blinking, its on and off.That room should be under maintenance and not to sell. Its very unfair for the guest who stayed.

Review 68：I was arriving in Dubai in the early hours of the morning 3am and had sent two request for the curtesy bus to meet me. I arrived in Dubai and called the hotel direct to be told it was on its way at 4.20am and at 5.30am still no bus so I had to get a taxi. The staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful during the night and even the morning staff. Obviously they have not been given the proper training to smile and be helpful. I requested as a good will gesture, could they give me a continental breakfast at my room so I could sleep longer rather then rush down for a prepaid breakfast- no was the answer. subsequently I had no breakfast.

The wifi is not free and pricey.It is a rip off.And it was the most expensive double expresso I ever had in the whole Dubai.

Review 78：I requested a taxi from a gentleman that was an employee of the Hotel who was for lack of a better term doorman he did retrieve a taxi however with no meter and took me to the wrong location and charged me 60 AED that should have been 20 ultimately my mistake but upon my return I expressed my thoughts politely to your employee just to let him know i was wise to his scam that he so readily subjected me to with his partner the supposed taxi driver for such an elegant Hotel I did not expect this.
