Review 1：No view, facilities lacking..no drawers, no information on anything locally, soul less really, needed a good dust. Did look good on the brochure tho!!
Review 2：Didn't feel very homely and, for the price, the facilities were quite basic. The bathroom was a bit small upstairs and the unit was very close to the road so not private enough to use the outdoor area. No views.

Review 4：Rules list was unfriendly borderlinw insulting.Low living space are compared to beds. We only had 3 of us. But if there were 6 as per bed numbers in the unit. I would have asked fir a refund.

Review 6：We overlooked and did not realise that the apartment has only 1 washroom. Not adequate considering it's a 3 bedroom apartment.
Review 7：The kitchen is fully equipped with good utensils. Very clean and quiet. Near to the town with beautiful beaches.
Review 8：The back door lock was broken (which was promptly fixed). The shower head sprayed everywhere as it was blocked with mineral deposits. I feel as if it was at least $40 overpriced. The place we stayed at in Apollo Bay was much nicer and cheaper. The pictures made it look amazing.
Review 9：The receptionist was really nice and friendly. I came to her with a problem she had it fixed as soon as she could. All the rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained.
Review 10：No place to put any clothing in the bedrooms. A BIR with a few hangers didn't cut it. Tiny bedside tables with itty bitty lamps. There is plenty of space for a 1/2 bath in this 3 bedroom unit - one bathroom is insufficient.

Review 14：There was only one bathroom for up to 6 people and the toilet was in the bathroom. The dining table was very tiny with only 3 chairs. The others have to sit on high stools at the kitchen bench. Although there was plenty of hanging space there were no drawers or shelves for clothes or space for suitcases to be put flat on the floor. There was nowhere to hang more than 2 towels in the bathroom. Wifi could only be accessed at one spot in the apartment and that was in a bedroom.
Review 15：The kitchen facilities were good. Loved the back deck with the birds. It was good to have the rubbish collected every day.
Review 16：Nothing to do with the accommodation as such. Port Campbell is grotesquely over-priced for meals, sandwiches, groceries etc. Drive 17km north to the Nimboon IGA and prices for such items are generally 30% lower than Port Campbell's one IGA store. Plus we noticed that in some Port Campbell outlets there appear to be two prices: one for locals, one for visitors.

Review 19：Excellent in all regards. When I'm next in Pt Campbell this is where I will stay. Beautiful setting, well equipped, meticulously clean and very comfortable. Inclusion of a laundry is a great idea.
Review 20：We liked the modern and fresh feel of the apartment and the peaceful setting. We seek places that have those modern or more upmarket features, this seemed to be the only property in P.C that looked like that.
Review 21：The free WIFI was non existent. When I could connect, the signal strength was so poor I got kicked straight away.
Review 22：It was nice that due to the cold weather, the staff thought to turn on all heating. It was great to walk in out of the freezing cold into a toasty warm apartment.
Review 23：1. Second bedroom did not have any warming facilities. It wad very cold and we couldn't sleep. Small downstairs A/C is definitely not warming upstairs. 2.The water pressure was very low. We had a hard time taking shower. 3. The water taste. If the water is not normal it is not a bad idea to provide a bottle of spring water or at least advise people in advance.

Review 27：Kitchen crockery was all huge. Could have done with some small cereal bowls and small bowls for dips, nuts etc. Didn't like TV in cupboard as it was hard to see. These are only minor items. Otherwise very good.

Review 33：The bathroom was very old and dirty, bath floor with mold and also inside the shower. We found also dirty towels which have replaced after my complain with the hotel Manager (she was a woman very rude). The rooms pictures posted on booking.com do not correspond to the reality. The reality was a small flat and not so nice as advertised. We asked to add a cot for our little baby . 1 year old and they charged us 7.5$ a day! where most of the hotels provide the cot already included in the service and above all, it was a portable one without mattress! it looked like a playpen than a cot. Finally there is an advance payment of $100 at time of on line reservation.

Review 36：The location was relatively near to the 12 apostles, about 10km of drive with an excellent view along Great Ocean Road. Port Campbell's dining is pretty decent for a place of its size, particularly worth mentioning the local pizza joint, Nico. My family and I had our dinner and it has a warm and cozy ambiance given the winter setting. The food was fantastic and we loved it.

Several bulbs in the property were not working, the WiFi password was correct but it would not connect on any network. Husband was a little disappointed that there were no complementary biscuits with the tea and coffee making stuff.

Review 61：The unit looked a lot bigger in the pictures than it turned out to be, but the layout was great, and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. Shower was hot, had good pressure and didn't run out. Wifi was good, fast at times, but also dropped out a lot, but my teenage kids didn't complain about it, so call it a success. Check out at 11am.

Review 69：Nice location esp. for those who want to take great photos of the spectacular 12 Apostles and the London bridge, you can go many times. Well equipped, neat and well organized. Review 70：Great amenities; wonderful reception. Place was clean, and very spacious. Being slightly away from the beach was compensated by the cheaper price and the modern furnishing.
Review 71：Accommodation is not as well presented as in the promo photo's. Floor boards very worn and kitchen facilities worn and basic, this was disappointing. Lounge room area very small, not really adequate for 6 people to be comfortable. No dining facilities for 6 people together. Outdoor deck was small and not covered so difficult to use in hot/rainy weather. Outdoor furniture consisted of one wooden bench seat, no table or other chairs which rendered it virtually unusable for a large group. This accommodation sleeps 6 comfortably so we felt this was not adequate for the price we paid for 3 nights.

The unit was clean and bedding was lovely. Bedrooms were adequately furnished and laundry and bathroom facilities were excellent. Easy walk to town centre, quiet complex in great township for sightseeing the area. BBQ available for your room, on request.

Review 76：Ocean Villas was the best motel that we stayed in along or family selfdrive trip from Melb to Adelaide. The facilites are very modern and the comfort level was fantastic. We love the big windows along the dining and living room overlooking the secret gardens.

A pity we booked one house meant for 6, thinking that we were able to pay extra for the headcount but due to the rigid rules we had to get another house. The house meant for 6 had enough space and beds for the 8 of us. Nevertheless, beautiful place and my family loved it. Clean, cosy, will definitely go back there!

Review 106：This place looks amazing in photos and it is definitely a good rest stop when visiting the great ocean road. It is perfect for a one night stay and for cooking a meal as well since the town does not have much dinning options. In fact most of the dinning options look really depressing.

Review 108：The Villa was very private and the facilities, especially in the kitchen, were great and of very good quality. The outdoor terrace was large and well fitted and the morning sunshine illuminated the living area beautifully. Would definitely stay again.
Review 109：The staff member on the front desk seemed stressed, not rude but very abrupt and when i called to ask about herbal teas she seemed annoyed that i would ask. Also the heating was not great, we had to put the heater on 28 and we still froze. The front door was stuck and was difficult to open and close and would not lock easily. Honestly the attitude of the staff or owner spoilt it for us. Not good customer service really. Although helpful everything just seemed to be an annoyance. Didnt make us feel warmly welcomed. Despite having modern, clean facilities we wont be coming back

Review 111：The place is definitely haunted. Saw snakes in the bushes near the open sitting area. Foul smell. Requires you to house keep your villa yourself - including cleaning utensils & wiping the floor - Believe me ... read there contract very carefully while checking in. Manager and staff are some of the rudest I have met. Avoid.
