Review 1：Grazie Mille Salvatore & Deborah you both made our stay a memorable experience we will revisit on our return to Sicilia. The room was incredibly spacious and sparkling clean. Cavanera is nice and quiet you can even hear birds which was a nice change from Palermo. The breakfast was very good and varied with local produce. Do yourself a favour and come For the 6pm wine experience or if you come later get a recommendation to one of the beautiful artisanale restaurants in the area. Back to the wine experience that is worth doing for Deborah's knowledge of the region and do yourself a favour and eat the ricotta drizzled with local olive oil. Again thank you for a wonderful stay we thoroughly enjoyed it.
