Review 1：We have never experienced such wonderful staff and service Hospitality of Mariolina and Saro (owners) was outstanding and they went out of their way to guide us and make us comfortable. Their knowledge and enthusiasm about Sicily is superb.Location is lovely and is surrounded by hills, countryside and vineyards. Greeted upon arrival by Saro/Leah and dog Max, with fresh fruit and drink of our choice. Ideal for a relaxing in quiet surroundings Food offered is genuine, local and are made the Sicilian way. Try their cooking lessons Above all, nothing is a problem for Mariolina & Saro Highly recommend to visit. Altough here is a good advise. Never ask Marolina for "Cappuchino" after a Sicilian dinner !! Review 2：Very welcoming hosts, beautiful natural environment surrounding a house that has been very tastefully renovated. Food served to everyone's needs and palate, giving a very homely feeling. Also, that caponata IS truly legendary!!
Review 3：Wonderful location, peaceful and quaint in a rural setting with views of the mountains and Mount Etna. Rooms cosy and tastefully furnished. Wonderful shower. Extremely clean. Mariolina and Saro are exceptional hosts and their experience in the tourism industry definitely shows.Nothing is too much trouble for them.Their meals are delicious with many of their ingredients coming from their own garden.The children also loved Il Tanaceto. Review 4：Mariolina, the host, made us feel welcome from the first minute. Delicious food, new pool and rustic-but-modern rooms with smoothly working WiFi. We are frequent international travellers and I can truly say this is one of the best locations we'ever stayed!
Review 5：The only disadvantage we found was that location is somewhat out of the way and quite a bit of driving is required to and fro. However, once one returns there, you forget the hassle and relax in its tranquillity!! Keep a sharp eye out for signage of place as quite hidden. Important to get exact location as difficult to locate first time.

Greeted upon arrival by Saro with fresh fruit and tea/drink of our choice. Having a pool was a plus too. Ideal for a relaxing break in quiet surroundings. Décor of place is very much in keeping with cottage style. Extremely clean and comfortable. Food offered is genuine and particularly loved the caponata! Above all, nothing is a problem for Mariolina & Saro!!!Highly recommend it.
