Review 1：Everything was exceptional. Completely unasked for the hotel provided a fantastic birthday cake for one of our children. Staff all very helpful. Right next to the ski slopes.

Review 9：Staff were really helpful. The Wellness Centre was exceptional. The internal decoration and ambiance were fabulous and the best we have experienced in a ski hotel.

Review 17：The hotel interior is very nice with a very nice "mountain-style" refurbishment giving the right atmosphere. The rooms are also nice although a bit small, nice bathroom decor. A cosy hotel with friendly personnel centrally located in Cervinia. Recommended!
Review 18：The Spa facilities where excellent! We had half pension and the food where far above our expectation. The winelist was very good and the sommelier was really good to give useful advices.
Review 19：The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and at the guests disposal. Rooms are cleaned immediately, new towels twice daily and beds turned down in the evening. The spa and pool are newly renovated and the hotel and rooms have a cozy, rustic decor of distressed wood and mountain themes.
Review 20：Wardrobe was a dark corner. No literature about hotel or resort in roomwhich would have been useful. My son stayed for breakfast one day whichwe were charged fifteen pounds for but on the last day we had to leavebefore breakfast and yet we were not credited with thirty pounds for myhusband and I. Just felt a little bit peeved about that.
