Review 1：Hotel and the rooms were dirty. No one of us had the guts to use the shower. In general the hotel was outdated and poorly managed. We tried to sleep at night but it was impossible until past midnight when the singing and playing in the lobby stopped, after lots of complaints. You can eaven hear sound of zipper from your neighbor room. Not worth the money and four star raiting.

Review 4：Well, its 8 min walk from bus station or 10min from train station.if coming from milan malenpesa airport, take a direct bus to novara which will take 45-50min. Clean hotel with a soft bed, many pillows and good room. No tea making facility. Breakfast was fine comparing to European standards, had all the basics.number of dining options, even halal if u r looking for. Over all satisfied what i paid for.

Review 5：Terrible experience.1) I booked a room with air conditioner. But they did not work in all the hotel. Instead of providing me with a free bottle of water as a compensation, they sold it to me for EUR 3. 2) The TV from neighbouring room is clearly heard like if it was in my room. I could not fall asleep until the neighbours switched it off. I could hear neighbours are talking. (They talked in a low voice, but clearly heard). Also, my window was coming to street side. The windows is not sound insulated, so I heard every noisy car even though, the window was closed (and no air conditioner!).

Review 7：We asked for a quiet room and got a very noisy (though very large) one facing the street at the front. The double glazing didn't fit properly. This room had a hole (I mean big enough for a rat) to get into the adjacent room. So we switched rooms. The new room was indeed quiet, but much smaller.

Review 8：Marvellous old walnut wood panelling, grand construction, nice staff. The breakfast was good, but to get a fresh coffee you have to ask.

Review 9：Located in a quiet area of Novara, this hotel has retained much of its past grandeur and couples it to decent no-nonsense services. It is a pity that it did not serve evening meals when I was there, but this was largely compensated by the many good restaurants in Novara and the breakfast buffet.

Review 10：The mouldy shower in the bathroom - v small and cramped cubicle - did not fancy using it - not really acceptable for the star rating of the hotel and price paid.
