Review 1：The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is basic but fine for what you pay. Rooms are large and comfortable. It's an old hotel but it's clean. We were satisfied.
Review 2：Difficult to find it, and not easy to see the hotel's name. "Photo Art Museum" is the name of the building not "Isawa Central".
Review 3：The accommodation is an apartment in a Japanese style apartment block. The building and facilities are showing their age and though clean and serviceable they really coming to the end of their life as a rented accommodation.
Review 4：We stayed in a a two bedroom apartment with en-suite kitchen, washing machine and bathing facilities. The staff were accommodating to our travel arrangements which included a late night check-on.
