Set in Moniga, Residence Primera offers a large garden with a pool, tennis court and BBQ. Apartments all come with a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony or patio, some overlooking Lake Garda.
The Primera Residence includes a mini market, restaurant and bar. It provides entertainment in April and from the end of May until mid September.
The swimming pool has a hydromassage area and is open from April until October. There is also a children's playground, table tennis and darts.
In the apartments there is a comfortable living room with satellite TV and a bathroom with shower.
The residence provides free parking and is 10 minutes' drive from Gardagolf Country Club. You have discounts for a number of local attractions including Aqua Paradise, Natura Viva and Movieland.

Review 1：I am not a critising but making a postive input to make the experience that little bit better. The apartment would be that tiny bit bitter if it had an oven and WiFi coverage could be increased to cover the entire complex.

Review 2：The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They suggested many interesting places to visit.We found the location excellent for visiting Venice, Verona, Milan, Turin and markets in the surrounding towns and villages. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. I do recomend to travellers interested in nortern Italy.

Review 3：ridicilously many hidden costs. Price on booking was 36 EUR for 1 night, but we had to pay 18 more for BED LINEN for ONE bed for ONE night (!) We've avoided more costs thanks to reading the regulations after we 've checked in, according to them, you should pay extra also for towells, air condition, cleaning (unless you'll do it by yourself - that includes cleaning of floor and windows) and so on. There was no toilet paper in bathroom, and no place to get it when we arrived late (it would probably cost 10 eur extra)

Review 5：Didnt have cleaners wasnt given bin bags to clean up... They didnt give a toaster and u were expected to pay more for basic facility which every other hotel in the world gives

Review 7：WiFi costs extra, only works outside and is slow and working badly. Every single night there was loud music and noise coming from neighbor bar Barbara starting from 8 pm. Access to the beach (Lago di Garda) is hard to find.

Review 8：Residence Primera was really clean and well kept environment. Especially the pool area was children friendly and attractive. The view was great and apartments were well equipped. Car parking was secured and free. With a car Residence Primera was good starting point to explore the area of Lake Garda.

Review 10：We stayed here in May 2014, there were only few guests with us. Pool was open. We loved garden around the apartments. We had large apartment with 2 bedrooms in basement. In summer it could be cold here.

Review 11：- On site laudry has only one washing machine & was never available on the multiple times I checked for use - Does not cater well for English speaking customers - little or no english on site info, site activities, & no english on menu etc. I made comment on this to staff & at admin office, they did not apologise or seem to care. - wireless expensive and slow / dropped a lot even when tried to use from the prescribed 'open areas' - apart from a couple of staff who spoke very good english and were very friendly, I felt we were make feel like a nusiance to the other staff - i gave a low 'comfort' rating because of how welcome we felt on this site. Our previous trip to Lake Garda was to Peschiera which was much friendlier to english speaking tourists. This site was geared towards Italian or German language. Even the 'Welcome Event' make no effort to welcome english speakers.
