Review 1：The reception did not have our booking on record [despite we showed them the booking using the app!] and we were told there were no room. Only after some stress, they realised it was booked via booking.com and we were then given the room. The facilities are dated, and a smell of urine in our bathroom. Shower in our room was not working, and we used the public bath throughout.
