Review 1：The bedroom could have done with a good clean, especially the bathroom and top of the shower rails. There was an old vest in one of the draws left by a previous guest. The walk to nearest restaurant if raining and cold, is not ideal. The breakfast was awful, with some very dried up pieces of discoloured ham and some very unappetising looking scrambled egg left on a cold plate. The milk also was 'on the turn

Review 4：Warm welcome from wonderful hotel receptionist/concierge Matteo, who immediately gave us town plan and recommended where to go and, importantly, where to eat (osteria ai vini - really good). Room was huge and pleasant, large comfortable bed. Would have preferred a non-spa bath, or shower, but that's a personal thing, otherwise everything excellent. Nice array of stuff at breakfast, and sweet person in charge. Parking also easy (and free) right underneath hotel. Hotel is right by station, and a very short walk from centre of town. Couldn't have been bettter.

Review 5：The room was clean but second blanket in wardrobe was dusty. When you sleep in Italy, normally you could expect high cleanliness in a 4 stars.

Review 11：Air conditioning did not work for the 4 days that we were there and opening windows was not an option due to mosquitoes. Breakfast had a large variety carbs, but the scrambled eggs were always stone cold, and the one plate of meat looked like it had been out for days. Wifi was free, but not dependable.

Review 13：Very loud air condition in the room that we could not switch off totally. Also it was not very clean in the bathroom. Breakfast was so so because the orange and multi vitamin juice was no real 100% juice but sugar rich water. Not worth to be called orange juice. Also the croissant have been low quality industrial product.

Review 32：The bus from Malpensa stops just a few meters past the hotel door. They allowed me an early check-in. It was so wonderful after a long fly. Good collection of breakfast. Helpful staff from the reception, breakfast, cleaning, bar. Feel very welcomed.

Review 34：We stayed for one night to break our journey from London to the Adriatic Coast (Porto Garibaldi) as we wanted a convenient stop on the Paris to Milan TGV train. The Cavour Hotel in Novara was an excellent choice , it is located in the piazza just a 2 minute walk across the road from the station. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped , the staff gave good advice as to where to look at in the city for a brief time in the evening(the old part is quite attractive) and suggested we eat at a pizzeria ristorante (Cavallino Bianco) just around the corner which gave us both good food and value for money. Breakfast was an adequate continental buffet which set us up well to continue our journey on via Milan (45 mins) and Bologna to get to the coast. As an alternative to an evening in a big city (Milan) this served us well and we would do the same again.

Review 35：I stayed in this hotel for only the night but I loved it overall. Central location. Clean and nicely maintained room. It was a surprise that I could get a room for the price by booking at the last moment, that too right opposite the train station. I was traveling by car and this hotel had free parking in the underground. Included a decent breakfast in the price as well. The person at the reception was polite and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to other fellow travelers.

Review 83：The room and the breakfast was terrible! I really cannot understand how this kind of hotel can have 4 stars! The room was very small and simple. The air conditioner wasn't working and it was very cold. Even I informed the hotel responsibles about the air conditioner problem, they couldn't find a solution. The breakfast was very very poor for a 4 stared hotel. There was only one type of cheese and as soon as the cheese finished, they didn't bring more (the time was only 08:25 a.m.). So if you are lucky, you may find a single slice of cheese when you go to the breakfast. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Review 98：I’d like to mention two major unpleasant things: when I entered thebathroom after the check-in, I found it not clean at all: dirty sink andbathtub covered by something greasy; hair of the previous guest; usedpacks of intimate gel near the bidet. The second is coffee: you areoffered a cup of brewed coffee during the breakfast, and you expect goodItalian coffee. You get it, but with some ugly chemical smack (cleaningstaff, maybe). It was impossible to drink. I hope that the cleaning willimprove, as the hotel is quite nice really.
