Review 1：Location is a bit off and requires more travelling time (not so bad if you are off season, but probably consumes a lot of time during peak periods)

Review 3：I really can't understand the linen and towels policy. Not only you have to pay extra, we had to put the sheets and covers ourselves. aren't we on holiday??? :( Wifi internet connection, although in extra cost is really weak and not satisfying. Closefisted on kitchen supplies, you get a kit with dishwasher capsules, dishes soap etc. which is nice but very minimal and not suitable for a week+ stay. We had to use supermarket baks for garbage and cut the dishwasher capsules to 2...

Review 4：A nice and comfortable place. very calm and fun to stay. Restaurant (good food and reasonably priced), pools (we liked the indoor pool after a long day out) apartment is very spacious and comfortable. ground floor large apartments are really great.

Review 14：Squashed flies/mosquitoes on the bedroom ceiling, a wobbly toilet seat and a bad smell in the room. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room.

Review 15：Well kept garden, safe pools and general outdoor facilities. 3 playgrounds for children. Welcome pack in rooms with soap, dishwasher tabs etc. Friendly restaurant staff and receptionists. I also liked how the dinner table was set with colours for the children use.

Review 17：Big comfortable villas, a lot of space. Great facilities (2 outdoor pools, soccer field, court). Animation for kids. Great staff. Big space around villas (park). There is a farm next to the residence - fun for kids... We loved it!

Review 18：Pool was too far away from our apartment. We ordered breakfast bread, but it was very dry. Beds are very small. The city was very turist dominated and when you come out of season not much is going on.

Review 19：A big apartment with very good kitchen facility. Our apartment had a nice small garden. Very tastefully decorated. WIFI worked very well. Lots of activities for kids and families. You do need a car because the hotel is located pretty far from the lake and shopping. However parking was good. It's a 2 hour drive to Venice and 1 hour to Verona.

Review 21：Everything was great! The villa was a nice size with big bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with a BBQ grill and a stove too. The staff were wonderful and the food was very good! It was a wonderful holiday! Will definitely return!

Review 23：We stayed for 9 nights while travelling all the time and coming to sleep at night. We ordered a two bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our family of two adults and 3 children (16,14,10). The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and surely recommend it to others.

Review 24：A couple of hidden costs - towel hire 4 euros per person, linen hire 12euros per person, and at the end a charge for electricity. As I hadbooked with Booking.com I had expected that these charges would be shownon the form that is emailed after you book.

Rooms were clean and lots of crockery and cutlery.Little private garden area for each of the ground floor apartments, andthese had outdoor table and chairs, umbrella and deck chairs.Information session on Sunday that gave details of things to see and doaround Lake Garda. I think it would be most suitable for family groupsas there are many activities on site, and also a children's activitydaily. We had two meals at the restaurant and we felt that they usedhigh quality ingredients, and that the meals were good value.

Review 26：Apartments were quite chilly (weather wasn't so warm as usually in end of May) and kid's pool was closed. Ants inside (got a powder but no good). Have to pay for towels and linen. Got few minor mistake with room bill.
