Review 1：there is NO sound proofing. I heard EVERY flush, shower, water kettle from the rooms surrounding and above mine. very difficult as one of my "neighbours" was up at 4h30 inthe morning. I did not sleep and had important meetings the following day. Also, do not plan to eat iat the hotel restaurant. It is even noted on the menu that "some" of the food is not fresh but frozen I travel for business and must be rested for meetings. Unfortunately I cannot return to this hotel

Review 3：The room is dusty - made us sneez a lot. The bathroom odd and slippy. Doors of the elevator closes quickly - my gf was in and i remained out - we met downstairs. Breakfeast was very bad comparing to other hotels we've stayed at in Piedmot.

Hotel is located in a quiet residential area with excellent free parking outside the hotel. Can't comment on the dinner because regretably we didn't use it.

Review 24：The only thing I did not like was the lack of heating. I was very cold during the day especially, the room was advertised and described as air conditioned but it was not. I was not told the night the restaurant was closed. It would be better if there were a few more things in the fridge to eat in this situation. The scrambled eggs are not good would not recommend!
Review 25：I was very happy, the room was spotless. The staff were very helpful at all times particularly the young man and woman on reception. The young lady who managed breakfast on her own a couple of days whilst I was staying made the best coffee of my visit! Overall I would rate the hotel as 7.5. The hotel has lots of "stuff" around, none of the clocks have the correct time! Quirky!
Review 26：The onsite parking advertised as free is street parking. The decor style is clearly very old and not to everyone's taste. Breakfast could have offered a greater choice of healthy options rather than all the cakes. Some of the staff clearly need a course in customer service and how to speak to hotel guests.
