Review 1：We found the lake views delightful and the rooms both comfortable and extremely nicely done up. A real highlight was our hostess, the owner, who baked little afternoon treats and was both solicitous and a terrific and interesting person. We'll be back.

Review 3：Wonderful host and location! Right on the edge of Lake Iseo, with a relaxing large sitting patio area below and breakfast patio above, both with beautiful gardens and the best possible views of the lake and its mountain island. Very well done interior, large sitting room with excellent views. Conveniently close (easy walk) to ferry to island. Hiking the island is a definite highlight.

Review 4：The hotel i wonderfully situated just at the lake and only a couple of houndred meters from the ferries that traffick Monte Isola. There is a wonderful terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the lake Iseo. The owner is very nice, attentative and kind and the rooms are tidy and clean.

Review 5：Very neat and clean. The owner is super kind and flexible in a proud Italian style :-) The direct view of the lake is priceless. I would stay there anytime I cross the region.

Review 6：Located at the waterfront, this is a private lake house .Very friendly atmosphere and the house was perfect, the balcony in sun is a wonderful place to just relax on. Breakfast and room, also with lake view, what more can you expect, all for e very reasonable price.

Review 7：The hostess Alessandra is very nice. The room is exactly as on pictures. Everything was clean. The house is located right on the lake side. The view from every window is great. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a big dining room with a fireplace. We spent a wonderful evening beside it. I recommend to visit a Casa Salini's website (www.casasalini.it) to get to know with the area attractions. We found some useful tips and interesting places there. Very thoughtful of owners. The breakfast was good including homemade apricot preserves and apple pie.

Review 10：The view to the lake is excellent; a lot of charming details in the house (pictures, flowers, pieces of art, books, ...); breakfast with home made cake and jam; the owner is very charming and helpful!

Review 11：There is a road nearby (very usual one). But you hear it only while seating outside on terrace.

We has the room with lake view. It is really best lake view I've ever seen ! Really best place to relax and enjoy surroundings.

Review 14：There isn't much in terms of bars, restaurants and shops wothin walkig distance. Although if you sre prepared to drive it is not a problem.

Review 17：Right on the lake with a public park and water access right next door (not a beach)...great for lounging and swimming in summer. Sandra is a wonderful hostess...a very relaxing and laid back B & B. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer. One of our favorites in Italy.

Review 18：The woman in the house stole our beer. If you bring drinks be sure that you don't put it in the fridge on the second floor as they will disappear. Also there was no cheese at breakfast. She then kindly shared her own cheese but was very keen to tell us that it was hers. Real tiny parking lot. But on the other hand everything is small in Italy.
