Review 1：sharing sink for the bathroom and kitchen was a bit inconvenient, otherwise overall was good.
Review 2：Location was great, good bedroom size for the family. Receptionist was very kind and helpful.
Review 3：Well overdue a refurbishment - shower made very weird noises, ripped chair seats with the foam coming out!!! Just generally a bit grotty.

A $5,95 Financial fee was charged on a local Visa Card (not booking.com policy). An email requesting to do my next booking directly with them.
Review 16：We stayed in two bedroom upstairs apartment - good WiFi (connects to downstairs Office WiFi), Comfy beds, plenty of space, bit dated, fully functional. Value for money. Reasonably close to town center
Review 17：Guests in next room (8) were extremely loud, obnoxious and uncaring. As I could not locate a noise policy we didn't confront these people but it did mean we got very little - if any - sleep. Contingency plans for these type of guests should exist and be enforced when required in fairness to all.

Review 22：It was easy for a special arrangement to be made when we had to collect the room key after reception hours. Room was clean and we had everything we needed for a night's stay. Electric blanket and kitchen essentials were provided. Good distance from the 12 Apostles.

Review 25：Clean, comfortable and spacious room. The location is only a 2 minute drive from the town centre. A warm welcome was given by the proprietor and the motel offers very good value for money.
Review 26：The walls were partly open to the next room. So were hearing everything that was talked on neighbor’s room. We had to listen to the television program of the neighbors until late night. Chairs at the table were so low, that it can not be worked properly at the table. Spa tub had no curtain for the shower. With little effort this could be all improved.

Management did not seem to notice very noisy guests (about 20 of them in one group adults and children) who were making a lot of noise outside until after 9.30 at night. We had to speak to the offenders ourselves and ask them to be quite and go inside their rooms.

And other thing is after 9pm there is no place to eat. Hotel must have a kichen we can order some food or in the room there should be cooker. I paid more than a slightly newer room in downtown Melbourne but I don't know what the local market is for motel rooms. Next time I will shop about more.
Review 44：It was a good place to stay given the rural location. I did not expect much although it seemed pricey. I got a nicer room in downtown Melbourne for less money at a Best Western. The Port Campbell downtown area was just a bit further than I expected. I would have preferred it be walking distance from downtown. The room was a bit larger, with a queen and a single bed. Everything worked fine and there was a nice refrigerator, microwave, and lots of counter space. The pool was small and not inviting. There was a charge for breakfast and it did not seem that great although I did not try it.

Excellent for anyone who doesn't know which are the most excellent places to visit. All rooms with heating/cooling options and fitted with microwaves, refrigerator and water heating jug gives you options to bring your own food. Also optional breakfast which I think no one should skip as there are various options to feed yourself and start your trip. It is really cheap but very nutritious. Overall a great experience.
