Review 1：There are not no-smoking rooms, and the rooms have a terrible smell of smoke. The structure has many windows, this is very nice but glasses are very dirty. Wifi only in the lobby

Review 17：There is no wifi in the room and this should be a standard feature for good hotels. (There is wifi at the lobby area).

Review 18：This hotel is renowned for their onsen. The breakfast was good.

Review 19：They have no restaurant service for individual travelers, only for tour groups. Their information needs to be changed to explain this. Hotel is out of town and therefore it is a trip to go to town to eat. Needs spruced up painting.

Hotel is far from any restaurants with no shuttle bus access.This means we had to eat at the only tiny jap cafe (food took about45mins to come) or we had to taxi out to the nearest restaurant. Notbudget friendly at all. This would have been all fine if we were toldabout booking dinner at the main restaurant whilst booking the room.Instead we arrived to find out main restaurant was totally booked out.Location is not as convenient as thought.
