Review 1：Hi This was my first stay within this hotel. The staff is very helpful, the food was excellent and also an excellent service. Good value for money.
Review 2：Staff had a big problem talking in english, dont expect this out of a 4* resort and spa. Dinner and bfast were very limited (same buffet every day)

Review 4：There are so many hotel and B&B in this area that you really need a special reason to choose this hotel. The upkeep was lacking. Nothing was well working in the SPA! The emotional shower was not working and the swimming pool only partially the first day and closed the day after because the coat of the roof was falling to pieces. Hot water in the room was not working in several occasion. "Due to technical problems" they told us.You must avoid to eat in the hotel. The food is of medium quality, not well cooked and poorly presented. At dinner we arrived in tIme but the buffet was already finished! We paid 40 Euros for 2 just eating a small cutlet, and two glasses of wine. The breakfast is merely fair, nothing that you can expect in a 4 class hotel. You have always to wait to get a free and "clean" place.Good and cheap restaurants are not far! I suggest "Cave Ox" and "Terra Mia" at 3-4 km or "Linguagrossa" at Linguaglossa (7 km).Well is it possible that I was particularly unlucky! Good luck!!è necessaria una ragione particolare per scegliere questo albergo con quanto offre questa zona. Le camere sono confortevoli ed il personale gentile ed amichevole. Ma questi sono gli unici vantaggi! La manutenzione è del tutto assente. Nulla funziona bene nella SPA. Si pagano 15 euro a persona per un'ora ma si può fare ben poco. La doccia del percorso emozionale non funziona e la piscina solo parzialmente. Dopo un giorno è stata chiusa per intonaco caduto dal tetto. In camera, in più occasioni è venuta a mancare l'acqua calda (ci hanno riferito per problemi tecnici)!La cena è stata deludente (per altro cara, 40 Euro in due per un arrosto panato, un piatto di patate fritte da dividere e due calici di vino) con cibo di qualità mediocre, mal cucinato e mal presentato. Quando siamo arrivati, entro l'orario stabilito, il buffet era già esaurito! Grande confusione, anche a colazione (appena sufficiente)!
Review 5：The Etna Countryside is really wonderful! Sea, mountain, snow, Volcano, good typical wine and splendid landscapes! Thus, the location is, in my opinion, one of the best you can choose in Sicily. Nevertheless there are so many hotel and B&B in this area that you really need a special reason to choose this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and and the staff is friendly. This are the only advanteges I can find. La regione dell'Etna è meravigliosa! Mare, montagna, neve,M invano, vini tipici ottimi e paesaggi fantastici! Nulla da dire perciò sulla location, una delle più belle della Sicilia. Le camere sono confortevoli ed il personale gentile ed amichevole. Ma questi sono gli unici vantaggi!
Review 6：When booking from booking.com, you get a nice price but it do notinclude spa. It's extra 15 euro for each day. It makes it a bit tooexpensive.outdoor pool (which is free) is so cold, you can barely go inside the water. And I was there when the weather was great (26 deg c and sunny).
