Review 1：Decor outdated and hotel architecture as well as staff charmless.Possibly the worst reception at a hotel I have ever encountered....it never hurts to smile and show an interest in your guests, of whatever nationality. More like a hostel than a hotel... economies of fittings and lack of any soundproofing meant that we left feeling we had paid over the odds after an early wake up with other guests rising early. The hotel badly needs an upgrade and soundproofing.

Review 3：Trains and buses to/from Sale Marasino stop at around 8pm, there are no taxis and choice of local bar/restaurants is v.limited. We survived 6 days without a car but would recommend having one to visit neighbouring villages etc.

Review 39：The family is we're friendly, their daughter spoke very good English. Outside breakfast were wonderful and they also have a nice dinner menu. We ate there every night of the week. The swimming pool has a beautiful view of the lake and was very well kept. It's a beatiful 10 min walk to the crystal clear lake. We are planning to come back next year, since we enjoyed it more than our stay at Lake Como. This lake is more quiet, not busy like Lake Como and hiking is also amazing.
Review 40：The family were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with beautiful views over Lago d'Iseo and nice and quiet. It was also very easy for travel to nearby cities and Garda.
