Review 1：Due to the fact that it is a conferencing and party centre there is a lot of noise, especially the Sunday evening the noise was too much.

Review 3：smell of tobacco smoke everywhere. the hotel is actually a major wedding venue, with accompanying crowds and noise. property is situated in a difficult, dirty part of town. Felt more like Mexico rather than Italy.

Review 7：It's not a 4* hotel, max a 3*! Far from beach. Beach nearby is not swimmable. Nothing around at all (restaurants, shops, etc.) Towels were dirty (blood?). Tables for breakfast were dirty from previous persons (coffee, Nutella). For a country like Italy with good food, breakfast is very disappointing. Staff is not able to provide reliable any advise about surroundings activities and beaches. If there is an event like a wedding or birthday, you might not be able to sleep...

Review 9：Very noisy hotel with constant muzak. A live band played until 12.30 amin the open air restaurant keeping every hotel guest awake. It was veryinconsiderate and bad for business. The staff were good except for onebrutish waitress who was a tattooed monster who almost threw the platesdown in front of restaurant customers. The breakfast was pitiful. Theowners were arrogant and superior and not very welcoming. Thedescription on Booking.com ios nothing like the hotel. It is on the sideof a busy main road on the edge of a scruffy little town.
Review 10：Modern with stylish fittings and furniture. Good pool, restaurant andwifi. The reception is at the back of the hotel down a long corridorwhich was very odd until your relaise that this is a conference centrefirst and hotel second.

Review 15：The hotel room reminded me of an interior of a caravan. Hard bed, fake wood paneling, no real window and the air conditioner did not work properly. The staff seemed like they were still in training - they called me as we were driving out because they had messed up my receipt. The breakfast was one of the worst I have had since I have lived in Italy.
