Review 1：The rubbish bin smelled really bad when sitting at the outside table. My husband told the Reception and they organised the bin to be emptied almost straight away.

Review 10：We stayed in a budget cabin with ensuite outside, everything was exceptionally clean & tidy, the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having our own veranda with outdoor table & chairs.
Review 11：Everything at the park was fantastic, especially for children. Its a non stop enjoyment facility. The in house meals are great and at a reasonable price.
Review 12：We had booked a budget cabin which according to Booking .com had a toilet and shower but on arrival we found that in fact the toilet and shower were outside the cabin not inside. We then had to upgrade and it cost us another $45 to get a cabin with the facilities we needed. My wife has a disability and it would have made things very difficult to have to go outside to the toilet and shower. We feel we were mislead by Booking .com as there was nothing in the paperwork saying the facilities were outside the cabin. Also we would not have stayed there as we could have got cheaper accomodation with inside facilities but by the time we arrived and discovered the problem it was too late to look for somewhere else to stay. We feel it is Booking.coms fault and we think you have misled us and it is reasonable to expect that you should reimburse us for the difference. We have made a lot of bookings with you in the last 9 months and usually everything has been fine but unfortunately not this time. We are very disappointed with this situation. The cabin we stayed in when we upgraded was very nice but we shouldn't have had to pay all that extra money. I have been trying to keep our accommodation costs down to under $100 dollars per night . We are elderly and pensioners and I think you have let us down rather badly. I am asking you to make up the difference in the cost that occurred due to your fault

Review 15：The noise from the planes landing and taking off at Coolangatta airport. They come straight over the park and are very low. Not a good spot if you want peace and quiet.

Review 17：I was a bit disappointed that I had booked a two room cabin and the second bed was not made up. I can not sleep with my snoring aged parent and needed two separate rooms.I did not notice the bed til late.
Review 18：The park was easy to locate,a short distance from the freeway and a short distance to our car storage depot. Everything was clean, the wifi a treat and not far to shops for dinner.

Review 25：The office staff I found to be aliitle rude We stayed just over two weeks and were paying our rent daily $90 a night, the office were kind enough to reduce our daily cost to $60 a night which was just wonderful and helped us out alot, but that only lasted two days then they pyut it back up to $ 90. I Couldn't understand why they but down only to pit it back up and I found that to be a little unfair I I
Review 26：Cleaners were lovely people the locate of the park was good position, close to public transport and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to hav had extended our stay but were unable to.
