Reviews for Hametsuda Hotel

Review 1:The hotel is really ugly I had an A/C in my room but there was no remote control available. The staff said there were not enough of them in the hotel. I had one window that had a loud A/C just in front of it. The noise could be heard all night although my A/C was not even on, and it was so loud that I could not sleep with an open window. There were towels missing when I arrived. The shower water flooded the bathroom and there was also no carpet to soak up parts of it. One of the showed knobs fell off when I turned The breakfast room was very depressing: a concrete structure with now windows, all grey and ugly. Some of the furniture was not only old and ugly but also dirty and stained. The hotel can be only accessed via a flight of about 10-15 stairs; no ramp. It was altogether a depressing stay and value for money is a scandal.

Review 2:Breakfast was good and rich
