Review 1：There was no soap, shampoo, or any other amenities. Access to the pool and jacuzzi was unavailable when we wanted to use them. There was no access to wifi in our room and no coffee maker . The light fixture in the bathroom was missing. Parking was not on premises as promised in the ad. There was no person watching the entrance and we felt insecure.

Review 3：The guy at the front desk was very much friendly and helpful, the hotel is nice and at a great spot near Jerusalem street.. All and all we had a nice expericnce

Review 4：- Not dirty, but messy in the rooms and halls(for this price) - Some lamps are not works, loose electric socket(see my photo) - We sleep badly - loud noise from the street (room on 3 floor on right hand) - There is not light at the swimming pool

Review 6：We didn't like having the bathroom and bedroom as practically the same room. Breakfast service began at 8:30, which meant we couldn't stay and had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. To be fair, the management phoned us to ask why we left without breakfast.

Review 7：The rooms were extremely large with quite exotic furniture and appointments. Location was excellent with convenient free parking, and the price was quite reasonable.

Review 12：very friendly staff - more helpful than any other hotel I have ever stayed in. Good location to the centre of the old city, restaurants etc. Nice gym facility and swimming pools. Slightly eccentric - Jacuzzi and pool table in my room, exotic lighting. Nice breakfast included.
