Review 1：> Room: In general the room looked improvised and was very very noisy (room was right above the "club" and music was loud all night; in addition I think the water pipes from the whole hotel were right behind our bed, as we could hear whenever someone used water), broken phone, small room without terrace (although there was no distinction made when booking, our room was small, with no terrace and the window blocked, whereas others were bigger and with a terrace at the same price); > Facilities: Although you have to pay extra for WiFi, it is extremely bad; The ski room is not properly ventilated and smells like someone died in there. > Food: Very poor breakfast, because whenever something was finished it was not replenished. In 3 days we hardly found anything to eat. Worse espresso I`ve ever had. > These conditions would be acceptable for a cheap motel, but not for a > 200Eur/night hotel !!

Review 3：Mainly occupied by large organised groups, causing queues at breakfast and filling the communal areas. Wellness suite subject to an extra charge which was not clear from the web site information
Review 4：Good connections to ski lifts with, hotel shuttle and local ski bus . Nice 'wellness suite' with gym, small pool, sauna. Allowed us to keep one of our rooms on last day till late afternoon so we could ski and still change in comfort.
