Review 1：Probably more of a distance for the boat trips and a ways from the centre of town with shops and bars.

Review 3：The noise from outside facility machine caused poor sleep quality in my room and the staff had no way to do .It is a somewhat poor hotel in Toyoko Inn series I have ever lived so far.

Review 5：Just in front the station essy to access by train and 10 mins walk from bus terminal . I stayed here in december with - 5 degree celcius full of snow that day . I arrived the hotel almost midnight with tied of travelling from Thailand but still got warm welcom from staff even her english was not good but she tried her best . The room was small but reasonable for this price. There was a very good supermarket just turn left and across the bridge and turn right walk along the river for 10 mins the Basic food and supermarket was there . I stayed here for 2 nights ask the hotel for the higher floor room faced the river. Good to stay here.

Review 7：Very close to JR. Just opposite the road. One of the most spacious room within the price range. Friendly and helpful staff. Good Japanese breakfast. Walking distance to the Abashiri visitor center by the sea, town center and other museums. Bus ride from Memanbetsu Airport stops very close to the hotel.

Review 41：I like the location of this place, just directly opposite of the JR station! the few bus stops nearby allow easy accessibility to major attractions. nice view from my room, esp when it snowed. the curry rice dinner was a pleasant surprise, though it was really only curry with rice :) the staff who helped me with check-in was friendly, though not exactly English-conversant. I was asked if I would like to join as a member. I did, as the next few nights, my stays were in Toyoko Inns too.. however, I was not told here that I couldn't earn points for them since these were booked via booking.com and not via their website!! anyway ~~ room was clean and adequate..

Staff was quite routine and not thathelpful at first but later turned out to be our only source ofinformation / assistance as we were stuck in Abashiri by a snowstorm with trains stopped and buses fully booked for the next 1.5 days.The lady on duty at Reception on March 3rd was very helpful in assistingus to inquire with bus company, calling for taxi (though not successful)as well as giving walking direction to ferry pier. She tried her best tocommunicate with us with her limited English and our limitedunderstanding of Japanese. It was a blessing that the lobby area hadfree wi-fi for all those trapped by the storm to look for alternatives.It was a bonus to have free simple breakfast and dinner provided at mealtime. It seemed everybody got a plate of curry rice on the night of thestorm even the Hotel must be fully booked with stranded travelers. Itwas amazing that the ladies who worked efficiently in a small kitchen inthe tiny Lobby managed to feed the hotel guests in good order within theshort time frame. There were eateries and convenient stores nearby

Review 60：The hotel's location is great - just across the Abashiri Rail Station. It is very clean and the room was well equiped with essentials you need for a short stay.The hotel staff is really very helpful and their service is excellent and they go to the extend for lending me a sewing kit when I needed at the time. They were able to speak and understand some English. The hotel provides authentic Japanese breakfast to every guests. Although the breakfast is not very elaborate, it is definitely good enough, value for money.

The rate even though is not that cheap but since it is near to the train stn, it is still consider value for money. Due to the hotel just right opposite of the train stn, travellers do not need to worry about check in at late hour.
