Review 1：Centrally located, family-owned gem in the middle of St.Vincent, with eazy access to all major sights in Val D'Aosta. The restaurat is a very special treat, and our room was very comfortable. Free parking is available near by, as this is a limited-traffic zone (quiet). In short - a place worthwhile for a second stay, summer or winter.
Review 2：The hotel and restaurant is a family run enterprise where hospitality is taken as a serious profession rather than just a job. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with an excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic with food grilled within sight of the dinners. There was also a wide selection of wines. Breakfast was a cold buffet with an option to have an omelette which was beautifully prepared. A wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel!

Review 14：Hotel Some partical things are missing:- no bedside table or at least a shelf next to the bed which is quite a problem as you don't know where to place your cell phone and since the beds are quite high you can't easily reach it if you put it on the floor- no hangers in the bathroom so you don't know where to put your clothes and towels- no bin in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom which is not very convenient (we had to take away the rubbish ourselves as there was no place in the bin)RESTAURANTThe restaurant, sold as a high profile family business,is absolutely unable to cope with a big number of visitors. Everything is served by the owner and her mother which is not at all enough. We had to wait for 40 mins for water and bread. We asked for still water and they brought us a sparkling one (and we spoke Italian as my boyfriend is Italian and I speak a very good Italian so no language problem, only negligence from their side). The bread seemed the remains of the visitors who had just left: 4 slices, 3 of which cut bad and just a half of a normal piece. When we asked for other bread and for grissini they told us there wasn't any more grissini: surprisingly enough they bought it to those who came after us! The wine wasn't served, the bottle was just placed on our table and we had to serve it ourselves (and the mother tells that the owner is the best sommelier of North Italy: absurd!)Fiorentina was fantastic but was not cut and no special knife was brough for us to cut it ourselves.As the owners told us, they used to have a fast food in the mountains. In fact, the quality of service remained the same. They try very hard to be gentle and welcoming as high profile family restaurants are supposed to be but unfortunately they don't always manage to be so and in these cases the fast food attitude and poor service culture is quite obvious (unfortunately the price you pay is not that of a fast food!).

Review 17：Everything was OK. The room has been cleaned everyday, the room comfortable and beautifully furnished. Location out of the town centre. The owner is fantastic! So friendly and attentive! WiFi was very good. We had New Year dinner in the restrant, it was very delicious!
