Reviews for Pelech Harimmon

Review 1:No reception desk, need to call the owner before your arrival

Review 2:The view from the balcony is the best in safed! Location is perfect, right next to the artist colony!

Review 3:The place is a little sticky , needs a better fresh up before guest arrive. the TV remote was so sticky I would almost need goo gone to remove. Coming from a long way, tired and hungry ,we needed to relax but we waited outside for twenty minutes for someone to open the doors for us!! My bedroom didn't have a window, and I like to wake up in the morning and see the rays of the sun.

Review 4:The decore of the room is nice. The bathroom and bed room were clean.

Review 5:No 24 hour service in the hotel. Had to call to get someone to check us in. Didn't take long, but we were tired and hungry...

Review 6:Location was perfect. Many reviews complained that it is difficult to find. It isn't - it is well marked. The problem is that Google maps is about 1 block off on the location. If you continue down the hill on the street that the map takes you to, it is easily seen on the left.

Review 7:we were worried about the breakfast place, which is not in hotel building. But it was very easy to find, hotel personnel showed us the way (less then 3min walk straight down the road)

Review 8:helpful personnel, terrace view, neatly renovated place, comfy beds, rich breakfast

Review 9:I didn't like the fact that we had to walk to the breakfast room. But it was quite helpful that etty drove us there to show us.

Review 10:We really liked the location. The street is quiet but it's really close to the old city. The porch had a beautiful view. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Review 11:Staff speak English very poor.. It was needed to ask for hot water, as it wasn't from beginning. No wi-fi!!!

Review 12:Good located appertments. Good breakfast, but you need to find it first

Review 13:Table in living room was falling apart; There were 2 wine glasses but not of the same size; Got to breakfast 20 mins before "closing" and most of the food was gone, they didn't refill it and took everything away though we were still sitting at the table. The cook was nice enough to make us an additional dish, but it felt very uncomfortable.

Review 14:The location was great! Very large suite with nice view. great hot tub!

Review 15:Wi-fi rarely worked during our stay.

Review 16:Great central location. Well-appointed suite with large living room and large balcony with fabulous views. Designed with thought and decorated with style. Friendly staff. Hot water urn in communal area on Shabbat. We have already recommended it to people we have met.

Review 17:The bathroom & kitchen wasn't clean, and the jacuzzi had hair from the person before. Also the furniture looks like they were bought in a garage sale.

Review 18:The view is gorgeous and the jacuzzi is good too. We had a great time and appreciated the service we got.

Review 19:There was no maid service. I would expect that they would notify people that there was no cleaning in the rooms.I would also expect that if one were paying over 500 shekel per night this service would be available.

Review 20:The hotel was centrally located. Location was very good

Review 21:There was No Wifi connection! There was no one to open the door of the hotel at arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes outside on the street! We paid for breakfast, and we had to go to another place, but there was no one out there to show where to so we had to pay for our breakfast for a local restaurant.

Review 22:Very nice and comfortable. Beautiful view!

Review 23:We stayed here because the Tiberias region was full due to a Jewish holiday, it's a bit far from the Sea of Galilee (20 to 30 min drive) so a car is a must however it was a good alternative because we discovered a unique and interesting city.

Review 24:Rooms are spacious and modern and quiet with a great view. Breakfast was very good and the personnel very accommodating Beds are comfortable Location is good to visit Safed We had a pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Review 25:Hotel hard to find; hotel sign in Hebrew only. Not visible from street. No hot water for shower. No staff on site--need to call staff to come from another location for check in and if anything goes wrong. Breakfast at another hotel 1/2 mile away.

Review 26:Centrally located once we found hotel. Typical Israeli breakfast.

Review 27:We were very disappointed with the poor service and were not impresed to find a room that wasn't particularly clean.

Review 28:The hotel is located in the heart of Tzfat. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided (although far from the hotel itself) and liked the staff that prepared breakfast for us.

Review 29:No staff on site. Had to keep calling to help us with various things settling in. Had to wait when we arrived for some time for someone to come give us keys. An odd situation with that and breakfast. we had to walk to another location for a very mediocre breakfast where there was no facility to even make toast.

Review 30:Location, great view, spacious.

Review 31:We had two initial issues. First, we did not have any hot water the first night. We also had trouble opening the sliding door to get out on the deck. When we called for assistance, it was difficult to follow the instructions over the phone. We finally resolved both issues. Given that there is no staff present on the premises, written instructions for physical issues like opening the door and turning on the hot water would have been helpful!

Review 32:We loved the view, the spaciouness, and the location. Being right down the road from the artists' studios and shops was wonderful.

Review 33:Did not clean while there. Breakfast was elsewhere and staff not helpful about where or getting there. Hate instant coffee.

Review 34:Room had terrace and living room/lichen area. Nice bathroom.

Review 35:Parking was inconvenient, as was the breakfast area (both were several minutes walk away).

Review 36:The suite was lovely, with a very nice porch with beautiful views. Air-conditioning worked very well. Bathroom was very good, although we wished there was a shower curtain. Breakfast was good, in an attractive, if inconvenient, setting.

Review 37:View was spectacular! Location location location!!!

Review 38:Location was really good. The view was beautiful

Review 39:wifi signal was weak often

Review 40:parking right in front of hotel, walking to most places in center of city, very good breakfast

Review 41:i liked the location, the look, the balcony.....

Review 42:Nobody has cleaned our room, emptied garbage or changed towels during 4 days of our stay.

Review 43:The view from the balcony is great. Location is good.

Review 44:We stayed in Tsfat for two nights in the "Pelach Harimon" the place is an absolutely comfortable and clean place, if you want to have the max of your vacation! The staff is also very friendly & nice, it was a pleasure staying there! YES we do recommend it for everyone..!

Review 45:located in the artist quarter and close to the citadel and the old city. high standard junior suite with jacuzzi and wonderful terrace. excellent breakfast served in a super nice restaurant nearby.

Review 46:After making the appointment for check in, we had to wait for the staff of the "hotel" I booked the deluxe room on the upper floor. 1st, I had to change dirty towels, 2nd, dirty wine glasses and carpet in the living room. 3rd, hair and dark spots on pillow and bed sheet. After this, we Changed to the room on the ground floor- same thing and really used furniture! Contacted the provider about canceling the 2nd night under this circumstances, but there was no understanding, only to clean up the room again. Would never book it again and can't recommend this location. No worth the price! It was really disappointing, not to forget about the anger and lost time! Travelled 1 year in Israel, this one was the worst stay.

Review 47:Location, view, breakfast in a hotel nearby was good. That's it!!

Review 48:Tankless water heater did not operate the first night. No hot water. No shower. They finally fixed it. Limited parking in front for only 2, maybe 3 cars. No staff on site. Delay in reaching staff for response.

Review 49:Good location in old city close to artists' colony. Spectacular view from balcony. Spacious mini-suite.

Review 50:We had a lot of trouble locating it in Safed, and would have appreciateda local street map and directions to make it easier to find, as ourinternet had no connection whilst we were driving there and we wentround in circles again and again in traffic, very frustrating!

Review 51:The junior suite is a lovely apartment near the Artists Quarter ofSafed, Israel, and within walking distance to restaurants with acharming ambience, spacious rooms, jacuzzi, and beautiful balcony withunobstructed views to the mountains and valley. Highly recommended!

Review 52:The location is a 2 (living + bed) rooms flat with kitchen, eating area!, big bath, balcony (marvellous view!), but very hard to find (in town only one-way-streets). Staff knew too little English to explain how to find it. Big food shop very close. Picturesque old lanes with numerous nice art shops. Town centre nearby with all kind of shops. 7 min. walk from the flat to a lovely made breakfast.

Review 53:It would have been nice to have someone to speak to for direction . Person who met us did not speak much English .

Review 54:excellent location . in the heart of the artist colony , easy walking to all attractions. Our accomodations felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room; spacious , clean , nice & modern furnishings. Wonderful views from all of the windows .We enjoyed breakfast at the nearby Maximilian cafe , delicious breakfast and hospitable , friendly proprietor. Extra plus is grocery store located across the street from the hotel . I would highly recommend this hotel to my family & friends.

Review 55:1. No heat in the morning 2. No one knew where the restaurant for the included breakfast was located. 3. Dried urine-stained cover on extra duvet in the closet. 4. The 'spa bath' jets do not work at all. 5. Tub needs better scrubbing 6. Front door hard to open 7. Only 3 parking spots belong to Pelech Harimmon, so getting one is lucky. I could not see pay station across the street at night, had a NIS100 ticket in the morning. Altogether a poor option. Stay away.

Review 56:Location.

Review 57:the bathtub was not very clean

Review 58:big, very comfortable e well furnished apartment. from the balcony, wonderful view on the valley. excellent breakfast at Maximilian café near the hotel

Review 59:Parking - non free available despite confirmation by email that there would be. Mess-up with suite allocation - had to move suites after unpacking.

Review 60:Location. Aspect - view. Clean. Bright.

Review 61:It advertises that it has a "fully equipped kitchen", and ithas only a small counter area with a small fridge, a sink and a coffeemaker. We had one coffee cup, and very little in the way of cutlery. There isn't even a microwave or toaster oven.

Review 62:Very clean, spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Thebalcony was a wonderful place to relax with coffee each morning and takein the beauty of the surroundings. The breakfast that was part of therental was at a lovely restaurant close to the apartment, and we reallyenjoyed it.

Review 63:There was no possibility to cook or heat something. I missed a lot of kitchen utensils. There was only one soup or fruitbowl there was no plastic strainer to wash salad etc.It would be very nice if that would be provided. A simple microwave or ceramic plate would also make a lot of difference. I also missed a broom, something to clean with.

Review 64:I loved the location and the view, It is close to the centre. The appartement itself is spacious and well furnished. The place that hosted the guests for breakfast was closeby and had a very nice boss. The bathroom is faboulous.I had a great time and will love to come back someday.

Review 65:That there was no reception as I had a frustrating time trying to get a hold of Eti. Also, I had asked some questions and answers only came after I had left my home and the computer instead of right away.

Review 66:I loved the view from the balcony. The place was spacious, relatively clean although when I cleaned up in the bathroom a bit before moving in to the room, a lot of dirt came from different areas.

Review 67:Location was excellent. We had a large suite with kitchenette and livingroom (with sofabed) as well as bedroom with king size bed. Balconyoffered great views. The furnishings are a bit faded but the place wasclean. Breakfast is included but you have to go out of the hotel to anearby café.

Review 68:This was our second stay at the hotel. We love the comfort and beauty of it! Each and every room is beautifully furnished! The balcony offers a gorgeous view of the galilee mountains. We will definitely stay there again in the future!!

Review 69:There was no hot water and noone came to help us and the breakfast was not served at the time we were told.

Review 70:Place was beautiful and uniquely situated in center of old city in safat.

Review 71:no atmosphere.. everything is OK,you get a nice basic room but just not fun, and without any interaction with anyone else.(there is no public place and the connection to stuff is by phone)

Review 72:location was very good.

Review 73:Nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Review 74:Everything about the hotel. It was wonderful. I would give it 6 stars on a scale of 1 to 5, that's how much I enjoyed my stay. The views were to die for, the junior suite was incredibly comfortable and newly refurbished. Can't say enough good things about this facility.

Review 75:Great location and high standard accommodation, highly recommended
