Review 1：No air condition :-( The room was hot during the nights. (it was a very hot week...)
Review 2：The owner family is very kind! The breakfast is very good and very sweet :-) Anzio colonia train station is 10 minutes, the beach also 10 minutes. (there are shops, pizzerias, farmacie and gelateria within 10 minutes). Anzio city is 35-40 minutes on foot!!!
Review 3：There was an argument the morning after our coming. Young lady (as I understand she is a daughter of the owner) cried at me telling that we left the hall in a very dirty condition because of the sand on the floor. All this was in a very impolite way. I was travelling with two children. Young one plays with sand. So something like this may happen. I asked her for a duster but she refused. It spoilt me all the holiday. I intended to change the place but we had only 3 days left there. So we didn't. It's forbidden for guests to use not only the kitchen but even glasses and plates. Only fridge. Only one bathroom. Rooms are without air conditioner. So they are extremely stuffy.
Review 4：Nice villa with big TV, normal wi-fi, good outside area fore three rooms. lot of tables and chairs. Not too far from the sea and shops. Prices in Anzio colonia are lower than in Roma or in Anzio. 1,10 min from Roma by train and 10 min walk to willa from the station.
Review 5：The B & B was immaculate, airy, modern and bright. The staff was very helpful, courteous and punctual. The breakfast served was delicious and served quickly and on time. The place is very secure and I would recommend it very highly.
Review 6：We arrived late at night (~10:30) and the owner left us a note to call. Unfortunately, we did not have access to a cell phone to call them. However, we stayed in the b&b backyard and the owner, after seeing us on his security camera, came to the house to let us in. They were very comprehensive about the situation. Breakfast was good.
Review 7：Accommodation was a good 30 mins walk to the centre where any decent restaurants were situated and be warned that any small cafés closer to the property were closed on Monday which was not made known to us so we went hungry as too late to walk to centre. Owner left curt notes in property re not using kitchen facilities and not eating or drinking in the communal area so when we had brought in snacks or lunch we felt very uncomfortable about eating there. Video cameras are installed inside the main communal areas as well as externally around sun bathing area and this was very off putting and questionable. Accommodation was described with private balcony but we got a shock when another guest was using it.

Review 23：It was too far away from the center (but this is actually mentioned). You can hear everything from the other guests. The walls of the room didn't take the noise away. Considering the location and the noise i think it could be cheaper.

Review 25：Basically you can't cook your food in there - while it's reasonable (possible smell in all rooms, also there is no staff in the building to watch out the gas) it's also inconvenient. You can't even boil the water for tea (buying an electric kettle would solve this problem)
Review 26：Great new building, clean rooms and toilets, sunbeds, umbrellas, TV with DVD. Nice breakfasts (but only sweet food available). In walking distance from public beach, supermarket, few nice restaurants (we are definitely recommending "China Town"). 10 min walk from Anzio Colonia train station.
Review 27：maybe the location from city center, it is about 30-35 minutes a walk from the villa, the road is not so good, there is place only for cars.
Review 28：the villa is new and it is located not too far from the sea, just about 15 minutes a walk. Very nice owner who can help you in case of troubles. The breakfast is an italian style sweet breakfast, very tasty and good enough. Near the villa there is a restarant, not expensive and very good, but they don't speak english, menu is in italian!

Review 30：The staff was excellent! They arranged a very good breakfast for me on the terrace and helped me arrange taxi when I needed one. They don't speak much english, but we made it work anyways. I slept with balcony door open and it was quiet and peaceful during the night. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, nice balcony, very comfortable bed and pillow! Defenitely recommend Alice B&B! :)
