Reviews for Parc Hotel Billia
Review 1:Very few international tv channels Lots of extras to pay (Spa, TV + internet services) Poor surroundings - village uninteresting
Review 2:Generous interior - tasteful mix of traditional + contemporary - boutique style Delightful Spa with its natural stone fittings Excellent restaurant - food + service
Review 3:The only fault we could find was the sign at the entrance (casino side) It did not reflect the style and elegance of the hotel. Renew the sign!
Review 4:The decor, comfort and staff were excellent. The mix of traditional and modern worked well. The use of the Grand Hotels facilities was a bonus.
Review 5:I should have given 10.0 point to this hotel exceptional case of Restaurant book management and organization. Anyway it covered by kindly reception staffs but..
Review 6:Location, spa(sauna, pool etc) Internal environment.
Review 7:None, other than my stay was too short.
Review 8:What a find! Nestled at the top of the valley on the Italian side of the Mont Blanc tunnel. This hotel is fantastic. It's split into 5 star (the Grand Billia) and 4 star rooms (the Parc Billia) – so it suits a wider range of budgets. Two names but in effect, one hotel. The 4-star wing is only two years old (Oct. 2015) but the rest of the hotel – and it's incredible service levels – are 5-star! Best Chateaubriand I have ever had!
Review 9:WI-FI was either spotty, non-existent or slow, and the sign-in portal is clumsy and unnecessarily laborious. Also, an in-room brochure or "guide to hotel and services" listed on the room's TV would be helpful as I couldn't find info about the restaurants (their hours, menus), room service, amenities (pool, spa, costs, hours).
Review 10:Location, views, excellent food/breakfast, chic/stylish décor, cleanliness, and staff (front desk, wait staff, bellhops, etc.) who were professional, helpful and friendly. The manager is great at keeping the place running and was seemingly always within vicinity when we had questions. He's knowledgeable about the area and happy to make suggestions.
Review 11:Probably the only bad things of the hotel is the wifi speed and the disinformation about the spa. Is not included on the price and not informed in reception.
Review 12:Beautiful modern hotel with US king bed. The spa was amazing and the treatment one of the best I have ever had. Hotel was spotless and all the staff were helpful and charming. I would return.
Review 13:This outstanding hotel. Value for money is 100%. I will visit this hotel on my next journey through North Italy. K. Kristjansson Reykjavik. Iceland.
Review 14:The add ons they try to charge you for, not not being able to turn air con off in the room,
Review 15:The rooms were amazing, pool was great with the most amazing views. Location was perfect and the hotel had been equipped with beautiful furniture.
Review 16:For stay with very little children it is perhaps not ideal to get profit of all facilities (eg wellness, casino, ... ) just for info, bur not a issue
Review 17:Everything
Review 18:none to think of - we should have explored the area a bit more. But we were pressed for time.
Review 19:Lovely hotel - we'd been going rustic up till we stayed here. It was lovely - renovated - classic and my God - you'll want to spend time in the suite.
Review 20:The internet access was very poor. Wifi is important to plan your day.
Review 21:The staff were so helpful. The design of the hotel us superb. The facilities at the hotel are fantastic.
Review 22:The orientation in the hotel is a little bit confusing
Review 23:It is a 4 stars hotel but gives services and luxury likes 5 stars. Good location for stars trips.
Review 24:The designer of the modern light control system in the room had forgotten availability . Further all the instruction were only in Italian. Shower systen was also modern but again availability was not the best. Breakfast was not the same level as the hotel. Part of the personnel at breakfast did not understand English.
Review 25:Brand new clean room. Outside pool services were free. Walking distance to the village center. Free parking
Review 26:It would have been nice to have instructions about the facilities in the room - never did find the fridge and safe! Would expect bathrobes and slippers in such a luxury venue but maybe this is one economy they use to keep prices down?
Review 27:Superb facilities, extremely comfortable, fabulous breakfasts, wonderful views up the Aosta valley. Easy walk into the chic little town of Saint Vincent with a good selection of cafés, restaurants and shops.
Review 28:Free Wifi not very good EveryWhereee... & The Housekeaping move our Stuff, bags, closes, string
Review 29:Just Woowwww ! The Spa Quality! Amazing HoTeL Calm/Relax/Fresh.... New building.... Accès to The Casino & Restaurant! Perfect&Nice
Review 30:The spa is undoubtedly the best I've witnessed. The staff were extremely professional, we were up graded to the grand hotel (pool front) top floor, simply awesome. A great memory.
Review 31:It is a bit hard to find when arriving in Saint Vincent given that it is located just above the Grand Hotel Bilia. We totally missed the little sign that was placed above the driveway to the Grand Hotel. There is no iron amenities in the room so you will have to pay for room service to help you out with that.
Review 32:This is one of the most modern and stylish hotels I ever stayed at. Staff was very helpful and ensured we got a reservation at the hotel's delicious restaurant. Next time we stay here we will ensure to bring bathing suites for the spa and outdoor pool!
Review 35:they said they took dogs but we could not take the very small dog enyware except the room so we could not have breakfast or enjoy the hotel the staff were not very helpful about it
Review 36:not very comfortable bed, too harsh and made of 2 beds sort of, wi-fi is almost non-existing, I was switching to roaming all the time just to avoid being nervous all the time.
Review 37:SPA facilities, new and beautiful, nice design of the room, not very rich but of a very good quality breakfast, you enjoy all the stuff like SPA, restaurants, piano bar etc. from 5 stars hotel located in the same building
Review 38:Door or the room didn't close. When we arrived at the room, the carpet under the bed was half folded, no soap in the toilet and the soap accessory was empty and opened in the sink. I forgot my coat in the hotel and after requesting several times thy agreed to send (and at my expense) which I never agreed.
Review 39:Beautiful hotel
Review 40:It was not clear from the photo that the seemingly one hotel is split into two hotels. The cost for using the hotel swimming pool its the highest I have ever seen throughout my worldwide travels!
Review 41:The luxury at such a reasonable cost. The breakfast was very good and the outside view from the breakfast room was amazing
Review 42:the 20 euro casino voucher is a gimmick....i was restricted in playing the roulette on particular fields.....very disappointing and unappropriat attitude.....better you give nothing for free !!!!!
Review 43:breakfast very good standart
Review 44:Check-in and check-out took quite a bit of time. Casino staff was not as helpful as in hotel.
Review 45:Interesting location, elegant interior, pleasant staff, excellent spa with amazing lounge, good food. Overall impression was positively surprising.
Review 46:The bar in the lobby is closing down too early; additionally the hotel lobby, which is quite wide and impersonal, is missing an own "character" giving no personal touch or cosy feeling. The lobby in the 5-star part of the hotel is definitely better arranged and organised.
Review 47:The quality of the room furniture and decoration are remarkable as well as the spacious bathroom and shower. The modern style of this hotel and the room arrangement allow a very comfortable stay. Good value for money !
Review 48:It was very difficult to find tucked back up behind the Grand Hotel. Our GPS just did not understand that address .
Review 49:Hotel was very modern and comfortable attached to a much older grand hotel.
Review 50:Staff totally incompetent (you have the feeling all of them just started the day before) and not nice at all(no welcome, no smile, ...)
Review 51:Spa is amazing, hotel architecture and design
Review 52:I found the sound insulation a bit poor. During the night I could hear neighbours in the corridor and in the room above. For such a five star hotel it is a pity that noises can be heard so distinctively.
Review 53:The Spa is excellent.
Review 54:Restaurant for dinner was below expectations
Review 55:We got another room because the initial room was noisy as of playing children. The breakfast was far better than our expectations.
Review 56:No indoor parking Cost to access the Spa (40€/pers)
Review 57:Great location Refurnished, very clean and modern Size and comfort of the room Great surroundings and great staff Amazing Spa Very good breakfast
Review 58:We had to pay €15 to use the gym which is very unusual for a hotel of this quality!! However, I could forgive this as we had paid a discounted rate for our room. We stayed mid week in July and the hotel was very quiet.
Review 59:The hotel has been beautifully restored and the newer additions are very well finished and styled. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Faultless service!! The rooms are exceptionally well equipped with lots of gadgets. We were given €20 each of free credit for the hotel casino which was great fun. Great breakfast (the best we had on a 2,000 mile trip around europe).
Review 60:The 'surprise' charge for using the pool we were told on arrival that there would be a small charge for our dog... No problem we're used to that however we were also informed while being shown to our room about the existence of a pool complex but no mention was made of it being chargeable... Not until we were leaving the pool complex and were asked to sign a room charge. I was also not aware if this was mentioned on the booking.com site. As it happens the pool is great, but just make it clear please ...when booking would be good.
Review 61:Room very spacious and our upgraded room meant that we had a bathroom and a shower room, loved the coffee machine
Review 62:WiFi is a joke, it does not work.
Review 63:Best professional hospitality.
Review 64:Location, cleanliness, comfort
Review 65:Everything. Really good hotel.
Review 66:restaurant ok but not excellent as one would expect

Review 71:Extra cost for spa
Review 72:Panoramic view
Review 73:Great location and very comfortable. Lovely restaruant
Review 74:Fatastisches Hotel, Value for Money excellent
Review 75:the water pressure in the shower was too weak
Review 76:we were upgrated from Parc Hotel to Grand Hotel
Review 77:Very chic, modern, luxury hotel in every respect..
Review 78:Wi fi did not work...
Review 79:Practically everything!
Review 80:25 euro fee pp for the spa, which includes the pool, only 2 devices onwifi code, overpriced bar
Review 81:The room is awesome for Italy
Review 82:wonderful location and beautiful building. friendly staff. All in all a very good experience
Review 83:The "feel". Very nice and caring . We had an infant w us...
Review 84:WIFI was too slow for current standards.
Review 85:Nature around the hotel; comfort; spacious rooms; very clean; client-oriented staff.
Review 86:wifi
Review 87:room shower breakfast
Review 88:Wifi only works for one device at a time. A little annoying.
Review 89:View from the window, hotel facilities, beautiful room and excellent staff.
Review 90:The part with the casino we didn't like so much
Review 91:We loved it! The room, the Spa, the restaurant, the personnel and the location.
Review 92:Restaurant a bit pricy
Review 93:Excellent hotel on many counts
Review 94:cost of access to the pool ridiculous at 50€!
Review 95:confortable rooms Breakfast
Review 96:dinner so, so
Review 97:almost everything
Review 98:Leaving.
Review 99:Pool, Restaurant, Clean Room, Great shower, tasty breakfast. Good location.
Review 100:Location was beautiful and there were nice views . The spa was amazing. The Staff was friendly and helpful.
Review 101:Minimalist [the hotel's own mantra] seemed to extend to service at breakfast. On one day there were 5 staff and only 3 clients yet it was difficult to get their attention to order coffee! Every day was the same, no on e bothered to come and ask what we might want to order, we had to get up and interrupt them or wave furiously to gain their attention. In a hotel of this category, advertising gym and pool facilities should make it very clear that there is to be a charge made for use. €39 is extortionate for a gym and swim and whilst we accept that there's a whole lot more to the spa facility, it should be incorporated into the room rate. Bars were empty, I would suggest this is because of excessive cost of buying drinks. Lower tariffs would result in more guests staying in rather than walking the 400m to town for reasonable pricing.
Review 102:Wi-fi worked well, room and breakfast was as we would have expected from a hotel of this quality. Near enough to St Vincent to stroll in every night.
Review 103:You need to hand over your passport. Which actually is a no-go.
Review 104:Fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. Superb room and bed. Friendly staff and a great breakfast.
Review 105:Amazing and very very welcoming staff! This wasn't my first stay at this hotel and I can assure you it won't be my last! Will return for sure! An unforgetable experience in a very high quality and standard hotel placed in a magical location!
Review 106:internet access is limited for 2 devices per each room the swimming pool access requires fees that we were not informed about it the coffee machine was not working and i informed the room service but they did not fix it or change it. when we checked to this hotel; the front dessk asked me strange request to show more documant rather than the italian permission to stay, the emploee said we should carry more doucments rather than what we have. the empleee saide we will send a copy of your permit to stay to the police which we did not like. the reception was not professinal since this the firs time happens to us in Europe during my stay of 9 months. we reply we don’t have any problems and we are confidant about our actions. such unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable to treat such hotel guests, this gives a bad indication for this hotel reception.
Review 107:free parking great location and excellent staff
Review 108:nothing! it was truly amazing.
Review 109:This is the most beautiful hotel, with design features which are the best we have seen. St Vincent is a wonderful scenic area and we only wish we had planned to stay longer. Amazing hotel and restaurant which we would recommend to anyone discerning traveller looking for a luxury environment.
Review 110:Great place for exploring the area. Beautiful hotel. Big and comfortable rooms. right next to the center of the town. I would surly stay there again.
Review 111:It as Winter so no pool and missing a gym to exercise, after all thatexcellent food! Hope they make the pool heated so guests can swim in thecold weather.
Review 112:New rooms which were very clean and very comfortable! Extensivebreakfast provided.
Review 113:I had the shower running for more than 15 minutes, not a drop of warm water...
Review 114:Nice balance between authenticity and modern design
Review 115:The outdoor pool was opened only till 6 pm, so we couldn't use it as we arrived at 6:15. Next time, we try to go earlier.
Review 116:Location
Review 117:Absolutely everything. Great hotel! !!
Review 118:Nothing!
Review 119:Stunning Design
