Review 1：The owners are great and the place is spotless. They speak excellent English. The mattress was very comfortable and the location is perfect with a great view of the sea and 1.5 Km to train and 1 hr to Rome. Great beach just across the street with excellent sea food restaurant on beach.

Review 2：Tiled halls and rooms reflect a lot of sound, which could be a problem when fully booked. Distance to town might be challenging for visitors without autos.

Review 9：Everything! Its in a quiet area, bang across a private beach. You can take the Nettuno from Roma Termini and get off at Mertuno, from there its barely a 7/10mnt walk to the hotel. (you would save 20Euro on cab) Hotel was lovely, rooms big and clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff exceptionally friendly and go our of their way to help... would def recommend :)

Review 11：The seafood restaurant opposite on the beach is owned by the hotel - offers guests 10% discount(superb food/large portions). My wife ordered the misto mare starter(mixed seafood), to my amusement she received 6 plates!!!!! Small train platform is a few streets away & trains run to Rome.

Review 26：Being out of season we were the only guests for two nights. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the ocean from our balcony. The owners went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect.

Review 27：Great location on the sea. Even though there is a road near the hotel, you can sleep well with the closed windows. The conditioner works good. The housekeepers do cleaning every day.The breakfast is very tasty. If you need to get to the hotel from Anzio station, take the bus that goes to Laurentina ("Roma Laur" is written) and watch for the hotel from the window.

Review 28：we stayed one night on our way to Sorrento. it was clean, bed comfortable and quiet when door shut to road. we were able to swim across road at beach and dinner at restaurant across road was handy...breakfast was fine and staff were friendly . would recommend
