Review 1：We were lucky with parking. Pedestrian only street but we were given a pass by the hotel to drive to the hotel for picking up our luggage. I would consider going to the hotel at arrival and asking for a pass to drop off your stuff.

Review 2：The room was bright and clean, the staff most helpful, excellent breakfast, availability of coffee machine and bottled water at night, and the great view from the terrace. Not a place for someone who requires an elevator. Noto is a unique and beautiful city especially in the later afternoon with a low sun on the baroque buildings.

Review 3：Excellent location just inside the town gates. Very clean and well run little hotel. Staff were excellent in all regards. You won't go wrong choosing this small personable hotel.

Review 7：If I had one criticism its that the entrance is a little hard to see - the hotel sign could be a bit larger - but that's probably a refection of my age and poor eyesight!

Review 8：Facilities were excellent - far more than you'd expect in a normal 3 star hotel. We had Sky TV, a laptop in our room, electronic safe, mini bar, coffee/tea making facilities, nice large shower/wet room, etc. Noto is a lovely town - well worth a visit if you want to experience a quieter side of Sicily away from the busier tourist areas.

Review 9：We loved everything about this hotel. The staff is great, very kind and helpful, we felt like home there. The rooms are beautiful, there is a computer in the room, great wi-fi connection, they have subscriptions for the main newspapers so you can access them for free. The rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, every morning there were fresh pastries from a nearby bakery. I would definitely stay again at Porta Reale during my next trip in Noto.

Review 17：The hotel has been recently updated with stylish uncluttered furnishings - clean lines but comfortable. The location is great being on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, which was virtually empty when we arrived at around 4pm, but full of people later in the evening walking and chatting. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Review 18：The hotel is new -- 2 years old -- and a pleasure two spend some nights in. There's a coffee machine handy that makes very good espressos and cappuccinos any time day or night. Anna Lisa was very helpful, riding with me to find me a place to park and making dinner reservations.

Review 19：Please know that there is no breakfast included. In practice that is not a big deal. When you get out of the apartment you are directly at the main street with several delicious Breakfast options.

Review 20：Very clean, new and modern looking stylish interior. Very friendly and helpful host. Right at the main street of Noto in walking distance of all attractions. Tip: The address is a (mainly) walking area. Therefore: if arriving by car use address: Piazza Taranto or Via Nicolo Mandala. You can then park your car (for free) for the stay and walk 2 mins North to the main street.

Review 27：This lovely room was equipped with a comfortable bed, lovely couch, large desk with computer and docking station, and a bathroom featuring the latest design plus all sorts of extras (shampoo, slippers, even a small clothesline outside the window). We received help and advice whenever we asked.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - centre of Noto. It is easy to find and parking is free very nearby. Look at a map and don't rely on sat nav (ours took us all round Noto trying to get down one way streets!) - The Rooms are a couple of doors beyond the Porte Real (city gate/arch).

Review 32：A perfect week's stay. An excellent location in a lovely historic city. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained by Maria, while Silvia was a constant source of help with food, travel, places to visit. Excellent local restaurants. We were made so welcome and looked after so well. A special place made wonderful by a team of special people.

Review 34：The position is fantastic – situated at one end of the main street of the gorgeous old town. There's free parking a couple of minutes' walk away. The rooms are very attractively decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, with lovely bathrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 57：Just beyond the street level entrance be aware there is a narrow staircase of 14 steps to the reception and a few more to the rooms. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe (your choice of 2 great places) but not as wide a range of options as a hotel breakfast. Coffee, tea, croissants, juice, granita. Would love some fresh fruit. Reception is manned from 9-2 so make sure you notify of a later arrival. I buzzed from the door about 3 and Daniela responded that she'd be there in 10 minutes but arrived in 5, which was great.

Review 58：Very clean, modern, well appointed and comfortable. A laptop with free internet access was provided as well as hook ups for tablets and smart phones. Comfortably sized bathroom and closet. Great location - just inside the gate to the town, at the edge of the beautiful park. We walked from the train station which was mostly uphill and took about 25 minutes. Downhill much faster! Room was very quiet for sleeping and had a balcony with great views of the main via. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Review 59：Not a serious problem, there was a slight smell of gas in our room. Front desk is open from 9:00 to 13:00 so plan ahead if early check out needed.

Review 60：Porta Reale is a nice boutique B&B with a very good location on Noto's main street, managed by 2 lovely ladies. Noise proofed room, with a modern design, large bathroom with walk-in shower, large walk-in wardrobe, laptop and nespresso machine. There are 2 pasticerrias to choose from for breakfast, we have chosen Corado Constanzo, the pastries&coffeee we had were delicious.

Review 61：You can't drive up to the door, so if you have lots of luggage/children that might be an issue, but the drop off point is about 30 seconds from the front door so this isn't really a significant problem. Certainly didn't affect us.

Located in a central old town but the B&B is entirely new and well arranged, modern and extremely clean. People were very pleasant and friendly. Review 83：I would really like to recimmend this hotel. I was staying there in May2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of apedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides allthe neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a bigsofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. Thebathroom is also new and bog enough.
