Review 1：Had to give a cash deposit of 250 euros which was a pain for us because we're not likely to be back in Europe for a while. There isn't a balcony as mentioned in description.

Review 2：Lovely clean apartment, well equipped and well furnished. Bigger than I thought it would be. Great location for the beach and exploring chioggia

Review 3：We were two couples and took the apartment because it was listed in booking.com with two bedrooms and two baths but it turned out to be only one bath and a guest toilet .

Review 5：Management doesn't really speak English even though they claim so. We asked for a crib for our toddler before the trip but got nothing when we arrived. Luckily we had one with us just in case since we had some doubt about what we would receive after the manager emailed us they don't have a crib but a "box". Not knowing what he meant by a "box" we thought it's a good idea to take our own crib. The next day he brought us the "box" which turned out to be a playpen. It was also weird that he was trying to negotiate our check out time simply because he went out at night. We agreed on 7:30 in the morning but he didn't show up, nor was he available on the phone. I needed to wake him up ringing his doorbell. He was late for all his other appointments as well and only appeared when I called him repeatedly. The apt could be better equipped. We missed a microwave, it's somewhat weird to heat up coffee in a pot. Overall we found the management somewhat negligent and not too caring for the guests.

Review 6：The apartment has great interior design. It's at a very good location with easy reach to downtown Sottomarina, the beach and downtown Chioggia is pretty close as well.

Review 7：There is no balcony as promissed only a French window. Lack of kitchen accesories as plates, cooking potts. No knife, cheese grater, pasta colander, wine glasses. One roll of toilet paper for 3 persons and maybe 100ml of liquid soap for 9 nights. If you don´t carry it, your first trip would be to a shop.

Review 9："Hidden" expenses such as cleaning fees for 50 euros for each small apartment - - very unreasonable Very hidden fees such as 250 euros for each apartment, not just the total booking, when checking in Staff was very unreasonable for these fees and the check in took more than 2 hours!!! Question the safety of a credit card payment!
