Review 23：Room windows have not been cleaned for a very long time and were covered in a thick layer of sand. Was like looking through a muddy pool. Do not pay extra for a Burj Khalifa view unless you have a guarantee of clean windows. The windows in restaurants are relatively clean, so I conclude that the hotel has deliberately chosen not to clean the room windows. Credit card was skimmed after use within the hotel

Review 41：The hotel is clean and close to Dubai mall . There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to Dubai mall and Emirates mall around four times a day .. Free wifi . The room is specious and clean. The staff is very friendly. If you are heading for malls , this hotel is great with a great value of money ..... But if you are heading for the beach , it is not the right choice

Review 43：stuff are not helpful, and when i asked to see the person in charge i got an answer from one of the stuff she is the one and when i start to talk with her i found it she is just one of the stuff! why they need to be lire! the cleaner in morning knocked the door at 7:30 Am to clean the room??? when i asked why the answer was its from management!!! and if the person in charge has a very bad ego how this hotel will continue? i've been in this hotel before and it was much better.

Review 44：I asked at 6pm to press my shesdash and my waif Abayh and it was almostgood just need littel in some places and I ask to make it in the sametime and they told me that they don't have laundry at the hotel andthey will send my dress to another place and I will get it back atevening around 6 or 7 pm, How come 5 stars hotel don't have laundry? And the only offer they give it to me is that they will send it to thenear landry shop to make it and it will cost me for Abayah only 90Dirhams only for press and wait not less than 2 hour !! And the acwasn't too much cold which is already winter so what's going tobe if it was summer !!

Review 60：Location - 3 blocks walk to Financial Metro (Nov is nice weather if you care to walk), and in the week I was there I had to go to the International Concention Centre, The Address Dubai Mall + Downtown - it always took about 10 - 20 minutes taxi drive. Also took me about 30 minutes taxi drive on a Thursday eve to get to the airport. Never had to wait for a taxi. Service throughout was really good - Check-in and out; room service; house keeping; buffet breakfast; taxi calling; luggage service. Room service was good - I like the Duck. I stayed on the 29th floor in a 1-bedroom Apartment Suite:- The room was very spacious for sleeping and working, and windows everywhere to reveal a view of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, traffic below, Burj Arab in the distance. Enough tea/coffee with a machine. Although I never used it, there is an indoor pool on the roof, a Mezzanine level for meetings, and a coffee shop at the entrance which would have been great for meetings. There is a nice cozy bar on the 24th floor which I used briefly. Breakfast was not over-the top - great for a quick breakfast

Review 67：We had accommodation in a club room which allowed us to use the club tea room and the staff there were just incredible. They were not only helpful with serving you but gave excellent advise about where to go to have the best experience in Dubai. He told us to catch the train (which was about 2 minutes away to a Mall a fair way down the track. It was named after an explorer and was a theme mall. It was just fantastic and the prices there were much better than at the other bigger malls in Dubai itself. We had a great time.

Review 68：I wasn't very impressed with the front desk staff, they wern't very friendly and the service was very slow. We ordered desserts via the in room dining and the fruit skewers were not very nice. The fruit was bland and the chocolate dip tasted like a supermarket dip.

Review 69：Loved this place, booked a room with the Burj view and it was lovely. I like how they add personal touches with the bathrobes and slippers. The bathtub and bathroom was also lovely. I especially liked the comfort and size of the room, it was very spacious and the decor was lovely.

Review 70：Excellent hotel in great location for downtown Dubai. Arrived at 05.00 night reception manager Mustafa did everything to try and get us early check in. Had originally booked us a Club Luxury room, by 08.00 he had personally got us a room and also upgraded us to a Club Luxury Suite with fabulous views of Burj Kalif. He stayed on after his shift ended to make sure we got the room, now that is impeccable service. The club facilities and staff were all excellent. Will always be our base from now on when stopping in Dubai.

I checked in around 5:00 PM and I simply asked the gentleman at the check-in desk "Mr. James" if the hotel can arrange birthday cake..I was surprised to see that it was sent to my room within relatively short time post my arrival. Thanks Dusit Thai for the wonderful birthday gift. I need to say as well that the cake was a good size that myself and my two boys couldn't finish it. Needless to say it was quite delicious : ) The staff at the swimming pool facility area are very caring & helpful. All staff that I met were friendly and helpful.

Passport photocopies were made by the reception at check in, yet the staff called everyday to make a fresh passport copy at the reception. Once we ordered food in the room, I wished to pay by card however the bell boy insisted on signature. 10 minutes later another staff member arrived asking for cash payment.

Review 89：I don't like when businesses start nickel and dimming the customers. Dusit Thani, use to provide pick-up and drop-off service for customers that stayed on the club level. Now its only one or the other.

Review 110：The wait on check in. Nobody guided us to sit down, nobody greeted us. There was no apology from the front office for how long we had to wait. I had to ask for toothbrushes and slippers and a dressing gown was missing. The room needs to be updated The room service staff lied to me on the phone after they mixed up my order. The coffee they brought me was not an Americano from the machine but filter coffee. She tried to tell me that it was machine coffee until I corrected her. The 30 aed valet charge at the front of the hotel. :(

Review 111：The location was excellent, the Belgian cafe is open 24 hours. The front office staff were friendly when I spoke with them and they allowed us a late check out. Thank you :) They apologized for the room service staff and thanked me genuinely for my feedback. I received a refund for the incorrect room service order.

Review 112：Booked thru booking and and as any other hotel the earliest check in is at 2. Went there at 2:30 and the staff told me to wait for 45 minutes for my room to be ready or pay additional 800 AED to upgrade my room and check in now! Even that I called them before arrival asking them if the room is ready or not and they told me the room is ready.

Really it was a bad stay in Dustin, and i was disappointed. I dont recommend anyone staying there, and for sure ill never visit again

Review 118：Hotel must consult the language of newspaper it wants to supply to guest room. I am not an Arab and I continued to receive Arabic newspaper on both days of my stay. Reception staff at the time of check-in should explain the available facilities and the room location. Although I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions in the past, I did not remember that there was separate elevator for floor 3. I was not reminded about this at the time of room key hand over and I ended up in elevator in the main lobby and before I could realize, other occupants of the lift pressed their desired floor levels and I ended up at floor 29. Paid valet service at the front door for a guest who arrives from airport is not welcome message. First valet at the time of check-in should be complimentary with an explanation that future valet service from front door are chargeable.
