Review 2：The set menu dinner was wonderful. We had a private room to ourselves, and we enjoyed the meal tremendously. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Review 6：The staff are very friendly. Even though we told her we intend to travel out for dinner instead of having dinner at the hotel, she patiently recommended nice sushi. We have tried what she has recommended and indeed the sushi is splendid.
Review 7：The hotel is quite far from the center and but they have shuttle bus that can sent you to the station.
Review 8：Have a good view as the lake abashiri is in front of the hotel, quite a nice place to relax. The hotel staffs are very professional, they try their best to accommodate all your needs. Breakfast and dinner is good, have a good variety too, sea food, steak , shabu, and some European food.
Review 9：As there were no non smoking rooms available, had to take the smoking rooms, the room had a very strong smoking smell.
Review 10：Breakfast and dinner, excellent selection and very traditional. My daughter left her comfort pillow behind when we left and when we returned 5 hours later, we were surprised that the staff kept the room untouched until we came to collect the pillow. Impressive!!
