Review 4：Good Central Location . Located on the main road to Thredbo and Canberra. Excellent modern rooms and ensuite . Pool in warmer weather is a added benefit . Should we return to Cooma would have no hesitation in staying again.
Review 5：We were upgraded from a family room to a family suite with a separate bedroom. Room was very clean and staff were lovely. Great location. Second time we've stayed here and would definately recommend it to others.

Review 8：No information about eating in Cooma, no information about wifi. I don't think they had it? But by the time I got back to room I didn't feel like going to the office to find out. A little bit of information in room would be helpful.

Review 10：The room was really clean when we arrived and was cleaned everyday so we always had clean cups and empty bins. The room heated very fast so it was comfortable to relax after being at the slopes. The staff were really friendly and helpful which made our trip enjoyable and we would come back again! Thank you!

Review 19：Very difficult parking in 4WD. Average faculties, Booked this motel to access Indoor heated pool - shut! Good on them for maximising the captive market - but too expensive for standard of accommodation. Next time will push through to Canberra.

Review 23：The location was great and easy to find. Our free upgrade was wonderful and very appreciated. The staff were very helpful and it is somewhere we certainly stay again.

Review 25：The room was spacious. The bed was a focal point with all the extra little cushions. Well stocked mini bar. The room was very clean. Bathroom was bright and airy. All in all such a pleasent room that I was happy to stay at the room rather then go out.
Review 26：There was one small thing that I found was quite annoying, there was a small water leak from the toilet which wasn't pleasant as it was difficult not to tread in it. The hot water tap in the shower took ages to become hot which I found unusual.
Review 27：I found the bed to be extremely comfortable with luxury linen and pillows. Although near the main road the silence was amazing in the evening, and not a sound till 7.00 am. My experience was mainly a good one and I would stay there again and recommend.

Review 32：we love cooma and the kinross is a great place to stay at, there are some good places in the area to buy food eg good pizza and pasta chinese food and the local club. we also got a good deal on ski hire as well.i would highly recommend the kinross inn the owners are very nice people as well thank you.

Review 34：we had a spa room and after a day of skiing it was great to get into and just unwind the food in cooma is great , the owners we very nice to deal with and were very helpful i will definitly stay here because it is well priced and cosy .we also got a good price on ski hire from the ski co at. cooma and the people there are very easy going and because we mentioned the kinross you get 10 percent of your hire cost

Noisy outside room due to people walking past all the time. Bed was a bit low. Hard to get in & out of the spa bath to have a shower. The glass door on the side of the spa bath was too small and too close to the shower arm. Reception not open when we left although the time we left was after the opening times stated.
