Review 1：Empty pool.

Review 2：Pool was closed, as this was the main reason we chose this hotel we were very disappointed. Beach a km away which in hot sun not close enough! Hotel looks great on outside but inside it is quite dated. A good distance away from town, 10e in taxi each way, there is a bus service but doesn't seem that regular. Staff helpful.

Review 3：Decor very dated, no lift. Swimming pool empty, very disappointed by that as it was reason we picked this hotel, long walk in hot sun to beach. Good distance to Anzio, 10e taxi.

Review 4：Reception staff very helpful. We had to change rooms because of bad smell in bathroom and it was no problem and we ended up with much nicer room. Terrace overlooking sea very nice. Restaurants in Anzio amazing!

Review 5：Made to feel very unwelcome by the chef.....all smiles and politeness until he discovered I was half board (ie eating from the cheaper menu) and then it was bad temper, surly attitude and disgraceful rudeness....I left the restaurant and would not eat there. Will advise friends not to stay at this hotel because of this behaviour.

Review 9：The staff were extremely friendly and service minded, doing everything to make our stay happy. We got to choose between rooms and were given a ride to the bus stop when we left. The pool area is really nice - better than hot and crowded beaches.

Review 29：The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave us a lift into Anzio and made us sandwiches for our journey home. The hotel has great views and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a welcome asset as it was very hot during our stay. The pool was great, very clean. We had a great time at this hotel thanks to the lovely staff and look forward to going back again.

Review 30：A bit far away from the beach for walking. Resturant in the hotell serves mostly seafood.

Review 31：The Pool is huge and the lifeguards there are nice. Beautiful garden! The personell gives good service, everyone in the reception speak english and are really helpfull in everything. We even got driven by the janitor to the train station!
