Review 4：Very comfortable apartment, a lot of space, big balcony with nice view on the village. Very good location just 2 minute walk from the center of village. The spa is great. Totally worth the money (paid 72 euro for 2 people with breakfast).

Review 5：After reading all the wonderful comments we expected much more. the room was not clean; We got "leftovers" of cooked rice in a disposable cup from previous guests. very small shower, the Wifi didn't work, no free parking.

Review 9：This place has it all - sauna, turkish bath, ping pong, and pizzeria! One staff member spent over an hour or two on the phone trying to help my boyfriend and I find bike boxes for our return trip to the states. Very kind people (and excellent english as well).

Review 11：The room was newly decorated, tea and coffee making facilities, nice balcony, comfy beds, fridge provided. The restaurant had an extensive menu including reasonably priced pizza and pasta and the food was excellent. There is an underground garage for parking motorbikes and cars which cost €5 per night. The hotel is a short walk from the town where there is a supermarket, bank, bars, cafes and shops. It also has a wellness centre.

Review 17：- The parking costs 7Euro per night. It is a closed parking garage. - Since it was summer (August) the heating did not work, although it was less than 10C outside.

Review 19：No real alpine charm to the establishment. Management is neither realy welcoming nor friendly. No help or advice on things to do in the area is provided. Spa is not nice and wifi connection in really bad. Breakfast is abundant but there is no fruit salad and good coffee. Hard to believe in Italy. Fortunately, the team (restaurant , cleaning, mini club), are really nice and dedicated.

Review 26：All staff very very friendly and helpful. Manager even checked us in at 2am. Family suite clean and very roomy, as was the whole of the hotel. Twin beds in bedroom and large pull out bed in livingroom/kitchen.Towels changed every day and robes provided. Breakfasts excellent. Large choice of croissants cakes hams etc. Eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Wellness centre excellent with good opening times. Games room included table tennis, table football air hockey and arcade games, all in good order. For Canazei the hotel is in a good position between the end of the piste and the gondola, close to bars shops and restaurants. Would strongly recommend this hotel

E started in a side roomwhich while it didn't have the best view was nice and quite, we thenupgraded to an apartment with better views but the front of the buildingpicked up more street noise. Not that bad but noticeable. It is close towalking and mountain bike trails a short walk into town where priceswere very reasonable overall we loved our time there. Remember you arein the mountains and it gets cool at night in late summer and up in theDolomites as well. Peter

Review 33：Proclamated distance from cable car is 200 meters, it's true inperpendicular direction. Real distnace from cable car station is 1 or 2times more.

Review 35：The restaurant side of the hotel semi-separately managed (as a cousin Iwas told) was a negative experience that very much spoiled the hotelpositive side. We took a half board, ordered in the morning our choicefrom 3 primi and 3 secondi. One one occasion on of our group (anadolecent) orderd one pizza at about 9 am. In the evening the restauranthad a large group for dinner (not stayiong at hotel) and diecided thatthey could not give us a pizza. Pizza's we saw passingto next tables (of4) and the larger group. No acceptable excuse was given. Worse when wemade our unhappiness heard via the waiter and the hotel manager noappology came from the restaurant manager even four days later. Both thewaiter and the hotel manager agreed that the treatment was rude,unjustified and unacceptable for one pizza. The restaurant manager/cookneeds to go on business/customer service course. The hotel owners shoulddeal with these negative effects. I may go back to the hotel if forcedbut I will certainly not use their restaurant. Also advertising twopools is far fetched. Simply two small and often full of children. Thesauna/turkich bath area should be quieter as it is hard for adult withno children to relax there or in the pool areas. I am not sure a suanais healthy for small children!!! Our finish friends did not have aproblem with that!!!

Review 36：I was rather satisfied with the hotel (b&b) side due to its position inCanazei not far from to ski facilities. The hotel reception is good andfriendly. For too sleepy legs in the morning or too tired ones in theafternoon a mini train takes you from the church 100 m from the hotel tothe ski lifts which takes you up to the Belvedere ski area. In theafternoon one can also ski down pista 6 (easy red) about 100 m walk tohotel. From Canazei a ski bus takes you to Alba from where one can skifrom Ciampac to Pozza di Fassa via great scenery sella brunech, colValvacin, Buffaure. Very recommendable on any clear day especially onbusy days to avoid sellaronda crowds. Ciampac is also good for smallerchildren. A balck piste on the way back to Alba is very nice. If blackis not for you take the lift by 17:00 at latest.
