Review 1：The guest house is located in the village called Scharnitz - about in an hour away from Innsbruck and in 10 minutes of walking from the railway station. It is the suburb of the village, so there is always quiet and convenient to reach green areas. And there are much things to look at – the mountain reserve Karwendel, where it is possible to walk up in mountains (there are special tracks) or along the river in a canyon. It is amazing! This is a real Austrian village house in which there are rooms for guests. The house is big with two floors and it is very beautiful both outside and inside. Rooms are clean and comfortable. And there is everything that you need: a bed, a table, a chair, big wardrobe, TV, electric toaster, a kettle and a frige. Also there is a set of ware (a plate, a cup, cutlery and a glass). In the bathroom there is a shower, a toilet and a sink, towels, a clothes dryer, a mirror, paper napkins and toilet paper. Also there is a balcony with a beautiful view on the village and nearby mountains. As an additional payment you should pay only a tax for a night (it isn’t included in the price on booking.com, but about it is specified in the room description). Free Wi-fi is available in all territory of the house. On the ground floor there is a beautiful dining room with several tables and benches, lots of decorative things and photos. The breakfast is included in a room rate. Well and as many people wrote here, the main is the landlady. Helga is a very nice and careful. She really worries about the clients and wants to make all the best for them. So everything was very great! And I will happy to return once again.
