Review 1：Air conditioning could not be set to our comfort level. It beeped every time it switched on which was annoying during the night.

Review 2：A convent location for the old town of Noto for the sites and eating out - the hotel only does breakfast. The hotel has on street parking with video surveillence at the lower level. We never had difficulty getting a space.

Review 3：The annex building is at a back stoney street and we hv to walk through the park to hv breakfast. There was no hot water at the shower but the staff had promptly got two plumbers to fix it the next day. We saw and killed a small live cockroach on our first night stay. Given it is 3 star hotel I guess you cannot expect much. Breakfast is as usual a simple continental one.

Review 4：The hotel is run by a few young ladies who are very prompt to help and energetic. The location is great just next to the coach station, and can access the beautiful old town instantly.

Review 5：The hotel is extremely loud - we were woken up not only by people arriving at the front door at night, but also by people walking across the room above ours. The decor is very dated, the room was quite small and stuffy. The breakfast was very small for an English cooked breakfast and of poor quality.

Review 7：The noise factor early in the morning was a bit frustrating. Not sure whether this is within the hotel staff's control. Machinery of some sort was being run outside for a long time starting around 6 a.m. and a loud child in an adjoining room also made it very difficult to sleep as long as we would have liked (I am a parent of older children and know it can be difficult to keep the noise level down, but...).

Review 8：Staff service was excellent/very friendly. Very nice breakfast. Location excellent for close proximity to walk to historic Noto and restaurants. Appreciated the free hotel parking provided.

Review 9：Shower was cold most of the time, not sure why. Wifi was limited depending on where in the room I was.

Review 10：Room was spacious and with a view to a nice little square right by the city historical centre. Bathroom was clean and had a nice modern look. Breakfast was good, above italian average although it could have had more fresh items (eg fresh orange juice etc).

Review 11：We asked for a quiet room with a view. It was a great location overlooking the square, but it was above a bar which was showing a football match on TV, so a lot of cheering! Later, there was the noise of music until 1am - also from the same bar I believe. Breakfast in this hotel was mediocre - but the view from the breakfast terrace was great!

Review 12：The room which was comfortable and clean had a small balcony overlooking the square at the entrance to Noto's main street of churches etc.A very good location for the sights as also the main hotel would have been. Car parking was in a quiet street next to the main car park.

Review 13：We were given a Room in the main bldg not the annex which is much nicer. IT HAD A BALCONY WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWs OF THE CITY. Parking was a breeze. Comfy bed allowed for a restful night. The location could not have been better.

Review 14：Our room was in dependane (comprising some rooms a short distance from hotel, which was fine in itself). The problem was that our room was on ground floor level and we had to keep windows closed since they were very low close to pavement and various teenagers would stop for long hours with their motorini chatting away - so we had to keep windows shut and curtains drawn all the time - never saw daylight from room!

Review 16：1. Our room location and neighboring rooms: Our room was next to the lobby, lower entry stairway and stairway to the breakfast balcony - activity and sometimes noisy area. The noise was more due more to inconsiderate patrons, not necessarily the fault of the Hotel. 2. Small shower. 3. No elevator. Not a problem for us; but may be a problem for other guests. That stated, they do have rooms on entry level floors.

Review 17：1. Great Location (both in the city and for visiting other locations in Val di Noto, Southeast Sicily). In the city, only about 100 meters from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main thoroughfare. So, very close to restaurants, shops and attractions. But, that 100 meter walk provides a buffer for quiet time at night. Hotel Flora has two locations - (1) at the Porta Reale Ferdinandea - Noto City Gate; and (2) about 100 meters from Porta Reale Ferdinandea. We were fortunate to have stayed in the second mentioned location. The Gate location may be too close to tourist and local activities. This location is a great central point to Ragusa, Modica, Scicli and Siracusa. We stayed in Noto 5 days - spending one day in each town. 2. Staff - extremely friendly and helpful (THANKS Ornella, you were a integral in making our stay in Noto a great one). No problem for English speaking travelers. 3. Breakfast is offered. 4. Clean and modern. 5. We felt safe in the location walking at night.

Review 20：Reception was a long way across the other side of a park which we were not told about prior to arrival. Had my husband not spoken some Italian we would have struggled to find this out. Also breakfast was served in the same place which was a pain. Our room was obviously in an annexe to the main hotel. Room quite dark too.

Friendliest staff, clean roomy bathroom with great shower, wonderful breakfast in- or outside. No problem parking the car in the adjacent alley. Great value for money.

Review 63：We chose Hotel Flora for its location close to the centre of historic Noto, and were very pleased with its tasteful modern décor and furnishing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, taken on the front terrace, was perfectly adequate. All in all, very good value. For a good nearby restaurant we strongly recommend the small, reasonably priced, Trattoria Giufa in a side-street, Vico Carlo Pisacane, off the main Corso.

I didn't bother to eat there at all. It functions as a "hotel" and a coffee stop by the outdoor window connected to their kitchen.

We would definitely stay here again, as it's a good place to base yourself to explore the south east of Sicily. Noto is lovely.
