Review 1：Personal was very unpolite, and realy not friendly. English communication was bad, the man at the reception against my request tried to charge my creditcard 4 times all the 3 familys amount, after his unsuccsessful try he and she were not oly unsociable, but realy agressive. After a long bike trip we decided still to stay, but In this situation would have been better to leave and forget tham.
Review 2：there was no lift so hard work to bring suitcase to a room upper floor. reception dif not sleek Enhlish. she tried to help us but hard to succeed.

Review 11：Both owners/staff were very friendly and helpful, they even picked us from the bus stop. The place is new, beautifully furnished and in a very good central location, close to historical sights, bars and restaurants. It is very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay and would choose to stay here again.
