Reviews for Rimonim Palm Beach
Review 1:Dirty bathroom and no tissues, sporky furnitures, terrible old carpet, minikitchen disgusting, tv only in hebrew
Review 2:An excellent breakfast, wonderful view to the ancient Acco, easy to reach, good bed, nice welcome in the room with nuts and water
Review 3:The work going on on the ground floor from early hours. The first room offered to us was smelling cigarettes.
Review 4:The second room offered to us was very clean, no smells, but there was continuous noise from very early morning of some workers throwing materials around. Could not sleep.
Review 5:One of the front desk employees was very bad in reaction and solving my problem in addition to her loud voice which makes me angry
Review 6:I liked how the staff was concerned to give the best service and calmness to me,especially security and cleaning and maintenance and whole front desk except one.
Review 7:Wedding till midnight, very load noise. no one told us beforehand, that a wedding will take place till 23:30 Room maintenance could be better.
Review 8:Great swiming pool Good staff service
Review 9:Pool bar opening and closing illogically and unexpectedly, without prior notice. WiFi is working sporadically, even around reception. Written informations appearing only in Hebrew. No maps or excursion offers at the reception, crew unable to give exact informations on how to reach some destinations by bus. Many sunbeds in the garden are broken. Not any shops of food or fruits neither in the hotel, nor in its walking neighbourhood (except for a petrol station's limited choice). Not enough hangers in bath room for towels and clothes. Door opening system of room by electronic card is disastrous and nerve destroying. No proper places or racks in the room for placing luggages on. Light in bathroom difficult to turn on.
Review 10:Jacuzzi, drinking water spots in garden, wonderful view on Acco and the sea, bus stops comfortably around the hotel.
Review 11:Tiny room. Very old. Uncomfortable bed. Too many people. DJ on Saturday for the kids and family, it was a big mess. It's not a place to rest. Fences blocking the passage to the beach: looks like a prison. After 17:00 the fences are closed and you can't walk to the beach anymore
Review 12:Location and view
Review 13:Staff unfriendly to the point of rude, room with heavy wear and tear. I was amazed they closed access to the beach at 5 pm. Certainly not worth the money. I would look elsewhere.
Review 14:Good location with great beach and Akko Old City access. Breakfast was very nice.
Review 15:Staff was a bit slow, biggest issue is that the access to the beach is not opened until noon, has to go around? a short detour but upsetting.
Review 16:The location is close to Akko and has easy access to the highway, beach is OK, Country Club next door.
Review 17:it is overall in need of some updating.
Review 18:right off main road. Great plentiful breakfast. Easy and free parking beautiful view - great workout and pool facilities albeit a decent walk from main part of hotel. It was our first stop so I had jet lag and was awake at 3am. Went to lobby instead of waking wife with my reading light and despite all the services being closed, the gal at front desk was friendly, engaging and brought me a drink from the staff facilities
Review 19:It looks like the hotel is being renovated and it's external areas are not open and useful.
Review 20:I liked the location of the hotel, the fact that there is a view of the sea from the room window. Breakfast was ok.
Review 21:Room wasn't cleaned; beach wasn't open even though they advertise themselves as a beachfront property; wifi did NOT work in the room. At all!
Review 22:The food was excellent. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were pretty good but we chose the hotel because it was "on the beach." Too bad we couldn't access it from the hotel.
Review 23:The wifi kept cutting out. Very frustrating.
Review 24:Wonderful indoor pool with Turkish baths. Fabulous breakfast - would have been perfect with some fresh fruit options.
Review 25:Some of the staff at reception speek very poor English
Review 26:Frendly and helpful staff Nice view at sea side Walking distance to old town of Acco 15 minutes
Review 27:We returned to the hotel late one afternoon looking forward to having something light and quick to eat in the lobby. 1) There were no cakes at all available 2) One of us ordered a toasted sandwich; after 25 mins I went to the bar to ask when it would come and was told 5 mins. The attended then rushed to the dining room and then came out and went through another door near the bar and came out with the sandwich. 3) We suspect that the sandwich had been ready and waiting for a while as it wasn't hot when we got it. 4) I asked for a weak cappucino. It came out with a jug of milk on the side in case it was still too strong; even after adding most of the milk it was still far too strong so I didn't drink it.
Review 28:The leisure facilities were extensive and it's a shame we didn't get a chance to use them. It would be worth mentioning them on the web pages (especially the 3 table tennis tables).
Review 29:W fy was slow not the hotels fault but entire coast the beach is fenced off and locked from dusk till dawn can not stroll along waters edge and look at stars think it has to do with security but don't know

Review 40:The size of the room and the sea view
Review 41:The bed! The hotel looked a bit tired bout good value for money overall.
Review 42:The proximity to the old city and the beach on your door step.

Review 66:The bathroom was in very poor condition; room furniture is in need of repair; the wi fi was free but inexistent! On sunday the beach was closed!!

Review 70:No many people in the hotel due to winter seasson. Good breakfast
Review 71:The funky pool, the funky people in the pool that were wearing hats, sunglasses and other items of clothing. Lowlight was the gentleman shaving in the steamroom
Review 72:There is nothing really wrong with this hotel, but it somehow does not leave a good lasting impression. The club facilities are quite outdated but adequate, same for the rooms
Review 73:Outside activities are advertised, but not available anymore, even theaccess to the beach was closed most the time. Yes, it was November, buttemperatures were still nice.
Review 74:Great location by the sea, great view on Akko, great breakfast
Review 75:The room is small. Although clean, it seemed a bit tired. In the bathroom, one of the towel holders was broken and all the faucets needed a good descaling.
Review 76:We have used this hotel many times. It's location is good for us and it has wonderful leisure facilities.Indoor and outdoor pools and easy beach access.
Review 77:The room was a little small but pleasant.
Review 78:The beachfront location was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the ioutdoor and indoor pools and a wonderful jakuzzi. We stayed there during the Akko Theater Festival. It was very convenient to get to the old city. There were shuttle busses very close to the hotel. Also, the city of Akko is very interesting. The hotel allowed us to combine culture, siteseeing, with relaxation and sports on the beach and at the pool.
Review 79:Rooms were very basic. Strangely on Sunday the beach, swimmingpool and spa was closed for no good reason.
Review 80:The location along the beach and walking distance to old town Akko. Garden, huge swimmingpool and beach.
Review 81:Early closing at evening time of sport facilities, they do closebeach gate in evening, so for a nice night walk, you need to go farfrom the hotel.
Review 82:The best location in Akko, great sport facilities. Special thanks toVerde, the girl from reservation department. We had changed all datesfor several times, she helped a lot with great attitude!
Review 83:Don't expect 5 star. Hotel bit in need of a paint up andwouldn't rate it as more than 3 star still good value
Review 84:Swimming pool indoor was good. Outdoor looked good but closed as offseason Good views over bay Car parking good. 5 minute drive away but toofar to walk .
Review 85:The breakfast was not okey. No fresh fruit. The hot food was kept too hot an was too dry to eat. The pool was closed some days, it would be useful to now that kind of information whne making the reservation.
Review 86:We thought the "Country Club" ( gym, spa, swimmingpools and jacuzzi) were excellent. The view of the sea was nice. It was possible to have fried eggs or omelette upon request. We had made a reservation for a room with one large bed but got one with two beds. We got an upgraded room with one large bed after the first night.
