Review 3：Our first room was very poorly decorated. Furniture old fashioned and chipped. Moved to a fab suite after 2 days. Cost a fortune but very special. Wifi poor and should be free.

Review 5：The balcony was out of the sun from about 9am and the room was quite dark. Brighter lighting for reading would help.
Review 6：The food was very good particularly the extensive buffet which supplemented the menu and enabled us to be as health-conscious or indulgent as we wished! Afternoon "snack" included sandwiches, cheese,ham and fresh fruit as well as a range of delicious cakes. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and garden for sunbathing. I only wished I had more time to use the beautifully appointed spa and relaxation area - a real haven after a hard day climbing via ferrata. Our junior suite was well furnished, very spacious and there was a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.
