Review 2：Location is great, real working fishing boats just outside of the hotel, few steps from the center of an island, It has parking places available. Staff was great. Has working free wifi.

Review 7：The receptionists were great! Cheerful and funny even though we arrived very late (around 11PM), cranky and tired, they treated us like first class guests! It's not the Banyan Tree or Burj Kalipha, but the location is perfect (you can start exploring the charming narrow streets and canals right from your doorstep) and it's clean, perfect stop before visiting Venice (where the hotel prices are crazy even for the dirty rich). Recommended! (actually, ambience-wise we liked Chioggia more than Venice - sure, Venice has a lot more to offer (doh) but the masses killed the show for us)

Review 9：Kind and welcoming hotel staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Chioggia is beautiful and from the city it is very easy to get to Venice. For the price, the hotel room, bathroom, and breakfast were great. Parking was out front of the hotel for free.

It is dirrectly in historical centre of Chioggia, it is wonderful, more beautiful than Venezia, cos it is so realistic, historical, fishing village.Hotel has rooms for 2 adults and 3 children, simple and clean. Breakfest included. 2 star hotel which offers more than you expecting. Beach is 10 min walk distance.
Review 63：the hotel is visibly old and not really maintained, and there is no elevator. If you have a room at the upper floors (we had it on the 4th), you have to climb up with the luggage on the narrow stairs and overall going daily up-and-down 4 floors is not really pleasant. The rooms at the 4th floor have mold on the ceiling from all the humidity, and the rooms are quite small, but overall clean.

Review 65：The hotel is in the heart of a very charming little seaside resort town. The room was nice, had a great bathroom, was very close to the water taxi direct to St. Mark's in Venezia. Staff was very positive and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet.
